Ice Palace Studios is a former ice plant built in the 1920s that has been turned into a film studio and production facility. The studio, which has a maximum capacity of 8,000 people, can accommodate a wide range of events, from concerts to charity dinners to trade exhibits and conventions. Because the stages are completely black, they are great for creating surroundings that are specifically built for the event, and they play an important part in helping producers achieve their branding objectives. This studio is located just west of South Beach, south of Wynwood, and north of Downtown Miami. It is conveniently located on Interstate 395, which provides a quick journey to Miami International Airport. Other major charity events have taken place at the Ice Palace, including Oscar De La Renta's final fashion show on behalf of the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, the Best Buddies Event hosted by Anthony Shriver, Share our Strength; No Kid Hungry, I Love Venezuela, and Dwayne Wade's Waydes World, among others.

A chic blue and white nautical aesthetic inspired by the restaurant's waterfront location has been implemented throughout the space, which also includes striped Venetian flooring, Murano chandeliers, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Cipriani Downtown Miami was designed by Florentine architect Michele Bonan. The restaurant's approximately 8,000 square foot area is divided into two floors, and it features outside waterfront dining for a total of over 400 people, as well as private event facilities for the most exclusive gatherings. Four generations have transformed a single restaurant into a world-renowned hospitality brand known for its distinctive settings and exceptional service around the globe. The Venetian room is the ideal venue for hosting the most exclusive private parties in the city. Its décor, which includes floor to ceiling windows, striped Venetian flooring, Murano chandeliers, walnut wood, and polished steel, is similar to that of the classic restaurant.
