Developed between 1902 and 1912 in traditional Beaux-Arts style, the Emigrant Industrial Savings Bank is designated as a New York City Landmark. Today, after a two year renovation and restoration effort by Culturespaces, Hall des Lumières not only preserves its architectural heritage, such as the marble bank tellers’ windows and interior, but also seamlessly integrates state-of-the-art technology for an unparalleled immersive experience. The venue is a multi-sensory experience, powered by video canvases that reflect onto the walls and floors, 130 video projectors, 54 speakers, and 22 subwoofers. Hall des Lumières totals 30,000 square feet over two levels featuring 40-foot-high ceilings and custom 100+-year-old lay lights. The venue has three separate exhibition areas: the ground floor (Historical), the lower level (Modern), & the former bank vault (Intimate). This unique fusion not only preserves the architectural and aesthetic heritage of the space but also infuses it with contemporary flair, ensuring guests enjoy both the charm of the past and the conveniences of the present. The Roxy is an electric destination for music, film, and art. The guest rooms have been fully renovated to give a wink to the past, yet are modern and uniquely ‘Roxy’. Hawksmoor was inspired by childhood memories of how good steak could taste. Founders Will Beckett and Huw Gott (friends since they were 11) opened the first Hawksmoor restaurant on London’s Commercial Street in 2006. More restaurants in London, Manchester, Edinburgh, New York, Liverpool and Dublin followed. Sadelle’s is a New York brunch institution located in the heart of Soho. Serving the best bagels in New York City, Sadelle’s offers quintessential classics like sliced-to-order salmon and sturgeon, chopped salads, and other New York classics in an updated, fun yet refined fashion. Sadelle's is available for large party bookings and for full restaurant buyouts. With a full buyout, the restaurant can seat 80 guests for seated events and up to 200 guests for a cocktail-style reception. Sadelle's 3rd Floor dining room offers a more private experience for parties of up to 40 seated or 50 for cocktails, while our Communal Table is the perfect size for groups up to 16 guests.

Completed in 2019, the recent renovations at Webster Hall aimed to preserve the iconic features of the venue, while modernizing it to meet today’s entertainment standards and enhance the guest experience. The Ritz Lounge (formerly The Marlin Room) has been revamped to serve as a bar and meeting spot. Design details of The Lounge include elegant gold stenciling on the walls that pays homage to the original historic design, and fluted glass along the bar that mimics the venue’s former windows. In the Grand Ballroom, the original stage remains, while acoustics were enhanced to create an optimal special event experience. New features include air conditioning, expanded restrooms, additional stairwells for smoother entry and exit, and the venue’s first-ever elevator.
