We have 85,000 sq ft of space on the first seven floors of a new, Class A building in Union Square. The 2nd and 3rd floors are dedicated event and conference spaces, with additional meeting spaces and breakout rooms on upper floors.

Color Factory is a collaborative interactive exhibit that debuted in San Francisco in August 2017. What was intended as a month-long run unexpectedly flourished as a celebration of color and creativity that lasted for another eight sold-out months. In August 2018, a whole new palette came to New York City in SoHo’s Hudson Square neighborhood. In 20,000 square feet, we feature brand-new participatory installations of colors we’ve collected around the city— hues that invite curiosity, discovery and play. Some of our favorite artists, creatives, designers and makers are teaming up with us to tell their unique color stories and engage all of your senses in unexpected ways. We hope that the palette and projects offered within Color Factory will connect you to the colorful moments around New York and in your own daily life.

The name "K'Far" means "village" in Hebrew, reflecting its inspiration from Chef Michael Solomonov's hometown of K’Far Saba in Israel. The establishment offers a variety of dining experiences throughout the day, from morning coffee and pastries to full-service dinners Laser Wolf Brooklyn is a rooftop Israeli skewer house atop The Hoxton Hotel in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Chef James Kent's first solo project – two restaurant concepts in the landmark building 70 Pine Street –spans five stories including the Art Deco building’s 66th floor, a former observation deck. The two private salons on the 62nd floor can be reserved privately or combined. SAGA (2 Michelin Star restaurant) features two floors dedicated to private dining, each with windows that frame views of the city skyline and Brooklyn Bridge. The rooms range in size, accommodating business dinners and board meetings, wedding receptions, film productions, and media events. In addition to the dedicated private dining rooms, both SAGA and Overstory– SAGA's cocktail bar with a wraparound terrace–are available for partial evening and full buyouts. The terraces has full bar service in the summer for elegant parties in the daylight and heated seating across the terraces for chilly summer evenings. The most coveted PDR of the NYC is the jewel box almost entirely made of glass overhanging on the 64th floor - off the SAGA kitchen where Kent and his team are seen presenting the dishes. Finally, on the top floor of the building, The Observatory seats 20 and have 6 juliet balconies. Never has there been better food with better views in recent history of private events dining.

48 Wall Street provides a unique and magnificent event space for hosting corporate meetings, private affairs, weddings and nonprofit events on Wall Street. Located in the heart of NYC's Financial District, 48 Wall Street occupies three floors of a 1927 former historic bank. The Grand Mezzanine Banking Hall has retained much of its original architectural detail and boasts 30-foot ceilings, Palladian windows, and an entrance leading to a grand marble staircase.

Hancock St. is an NYC restaurant owned by John McDonald and Chef Ryan Schmidtberger that focuses on fresh ingredients and reimagined takes on basic meals. It has a 75-seat dining room, a 50-seat Garden Veranda, and a private dining room that can accommodate up to 30 people. Co-owner Serge Becker is no stranger to the hospitality industry, having owned famous establishments such as Area MK, Bowery Bar, La Esquina, Miss Lilly's, and Bodega Negra. Ryan Schmidtberger, the head chef of Hancock Street, is a former Lure Fishbar alum. Despite the fact that it was peak COVID, Becker and McDonald had previously collaborated on Lure Fishbar and believed it was time to start a new project together. Hancock is a white tablecloth restaurant that only serves dinner. "The space is dark, sexy, vintage looking," McDonald says, “It feels like it has been here for 20 years already, which was the goal." McDonald envisioned an elegant eatery that was neither fussy nor pretentious. He and Becker wanted to create something that appeared to have been around for a long time, with history and flaws. The menu features typical New York American fare that you'll want to eat every day. After a few months of the lockdown, McDonald was bored, and it prompted him to reconsider what he intended to do with a few of his properties. Pre-pandemic, the restaurateur had intended to conduct a two-week modest renovation of El Toro Blanco, but instead decided to do a complete overhaul from top to bottom. Serge Becker was also in town, so the pair got to work on Hancock St, and the rest is history.

Our beautiful pre-war machine shop in the heart of Williamsburg showcases 1920s’ chic decor, exposed brick and soaring ceilings. The building includes a first floor gallery, second floor vintage loft, and roof deck. The building can host up to 74 guests. The loft visually immerses you in nostalgia with its vintage furniture and classic speakeasy vibe. The lovingly renovated interior of original wood and reclaimed metal, with 15-ft ceilings and custom art pieces make a stunning, camera-ready setting for film, photo shoots, or special events. A 24-person capacity private roof deck provides day and nighttime options for outside activities. The street-level gallery offers a crisp white-brick gallery space with neutral gray concrete floors and walls stretching 15 ft in height. Our flexible space can host your conference, launch party, holding, film or photo shoot, wedding or reception. It’s a quintessentially Brooklyn place to make your creative, social, and professional events come to life.

The Claudette restaurant is named after Claudette Sammut, the 91 year-old mother of Guy Sammut, who with his wife Reine own two beautiful restaurants and a small hotel in Loumarin. Carlos stumbled upon the property on a sunny October afternoon and was so inspired by the beautiful setting, Reine’s food, Guy’s incredible warmth, and the Sammut family’s story, that he asked Guy – before dessert was even served – if they could name the restaurant after his mother. Luckily, he said yes. Claudette is available for private dining & large-party events such as cocktail receptions, dinners, wedding receptions and more.

Italian Wine Merchants offers private spaces with a warm and inviting atmosphere, handcrafted seasonal and regional dishes, carefully selected and impeccably kept wines, and our professional staff to ensure your events are memorable. We will work with you to help create a memorable evening, preparing a customized menu that comprises both wine and food selections that are based on your preferences and budget. During the event, our culinary team and lead sommelier will briefly discuss the history and preparation of the Italian food courses, the origin and characteristics of the wines, and the nature of each pairing. A sommelier is available throughout the evening for further discussion with your guests.
