The Ford Field team - comprised of the Ford Field event staff and our exclusive catering partner, Levy Restaurants - is dedicated to ensuring the success of your event. Depending on the complexity of your event you will work with a small or larger team of professionals to produce a specialized, award-winning experience. Our team will coordinate all internal logistics and those of any suppliers. Our staff will help provide all services from the creation of a custom menu to arranging valet parking for your guests.

We have multiple indoor and outdoor spaces available, totaling over 125,000 square feet. Our facilities are available 9 a.m. to midnight, at times when our public markets are closed: Mondays, Tuesdays (except from mid-June through the end of October), Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Sundays (except June 1 through the last Sunday in September, and during Detroit Lions home games). The Event Center at Fricano Place is a 10,000-square-foot event venue situated along the waterfront in Muskegon, Michigan. The facility overlooks Muskegon Lake and includes an outdoor terrace, bringing lakeside scenery into the event experience for gatherings of up to 500 guests. Three distinct spaces accommodate a range of group sizes and event types. The main Event Center's open floor plan suits large-scale weddings, galas, corporate events, and reunions. The Loft accommodates up to 175 guests and adapts well to both casual and formal occasions. The Hideaway Lounge offers a more intimate setting for up to 75 guests, well suited to bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, and business functions. All rentals include bartender service, event coordinator assistance, and setup and cleanup, with an on-site operations manager present during events. Catering is available through Fricano's Muskegon Lake and Harris Hospitality.

The Valley at Frutig Farms is a family-owned historic barn venue on the western edge of Ann Arbor, Michigan. The centerpiece is a gable-roof barn built circa 1875, carefully restored by the Frutig family, who purchased the surrounding property in 1999. The Valley hosts weddings, corporate gatherings, and charity events for up to 250 guests. Couples have access to the full property across the weekend — Friday starting at noon for decorating, rehearsing, and hosting a welcome party, Saturday for the wedding day, and Sunday for final pickups. Every booking includes a dedicated day-of coordinator, full setup and cleanup by the venue team, and bar service delivered and staged by a TIPS-certified staff. The barn complex offers several distinct areas for different moments of the day: the main barn, with its original wooden beams, for dancing and celebrations; an upper barn for bridal preparation and rehearsal dinners; a Sperry wedding tent for seated dining; and open-air ceremony grounds on the farm. Food is provided through a curated list of preferred caterers at various price points.

St. Cecilia Music Center is a historic wedding venue situated in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, MI. When booking this facility for your big day, there are numerous event spaces to help bring your dream wedding to life. The Dexter Ballroom features elegant hardwood floors, west-facing windows, two Steinway grand pianos and a large kitchen. The ballroom can accommodate 250 standing guests or 184 for a plated dinner. There is also the Wege Recital Hall. It has enough space for 100 standing reception or 48 for a plated dinner. The room also boasts two grand pianos, a small kitchenette, and a fireplace. More-private gatherings may be held in the Mika Music Library, which provides couples and their loved ones with a warm, inviting atmosphere. It has walls with oak paneling, parquet floors, a piano, a kitchen, and a fireplace, and it can seat up to 48 guests.
