From the McKitterick Room to the Garden Wing and the Bridal Suite, every room has a view of the beautiful gardens where your guests will gather awaiting your moment. Historic Light-Filled Home With over 15 spaces and eight acres to bring your vision to life, natural light glows within the Meadowland’s spacious rooms, tall ceilings, large windows and beautiful wood floors and in the outdoor spaces. As part of The 203 Project: A Sustainable Showhouse at the DCA, our rooms have been newly decorated by professional interior designers, fully air-conditioned and all look out into the garden. The property has a sweeping front lawn that is fabulous for family and bridal party photos, and a secret garden is perfect for the first look. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Meadowlands at the DCA is a 15,000 square foot, Regency-style estate on over eight acres of property. The facilities include a spacious Garden Wing with attached commercial kitchen, boardroom and intimate library, and rooms which look out to its formal garden. The property also includes a working Lord & Burnham greenhouse (original to the estate), and a four-acre bird sanctuary and nature trail.

Casino in the Park, the hospitality core of Lincoln Park, has been an entertainment hub since its inception in 1950, playing host to celebrity and political dignitaries including Frank Sinatra and former President Bill Clinton. The ambitious site plan, showcasing a reimagined Casino in the Park structure, creatively incorporates aspects of the site’s legacy into the contemporary design. Adaptive reuse of the stone façade, timber beams and antique fixtures from the original Lincoln Lodge, Est. 1929, will be featured visual elements of the new facility, enabling the long and illustrious legacy to continue.

The Norwalk Art Space is an exciting new museum and hub for the arts. Our mission is to promote under-represented local artists, offer free art classes to under-served students and provide the public with a welcoming space to enjoy art and music. The Norwalk Art Space at ADK House welcomes private events. We offer a contemporary, airy, and artistic new event space, newly renovated in 2020/21, and conveniently located off I-95 in Norwalk. Featuring a 2,200sf gallery, versatile loft space, separate 450sf dining area, and outdoor patio, ADK House offers many flexible options for your next special event. Exclusive catering at ADK House is provided by Marcia Selden Catering (www.marciaselden.com). We can accommodate approximately 120 guests for a sit-down dinner and up to 220 guests for a cocktail-style event. The size of the main interior event rooms is as follows: Main Gallery 40’ x 58' (2,200sf), Loft 19’ x 10', Foyer 21’ x 10', Cafe Dining Area 33' x 14' (450sf). We offer many large beautiful spaces to accommodate from 10 people up to 300 people. There are gender neutral restrooms located on the floor. There are two access points including one directly on Wall Street. Our spaces are walking distance to the East Norwalk Station on the Metro North Line. All spaces come with a range of optional amenities including furniture rental, catering, paid parking, and audio services.

Our exquisite three-level home features wrap around porches and awe-inspiring views of the countryside. Fox & Bear Lodge is comprised of 8 lush guest rooms, painstakingly restored to preserve the original character of the house, while at the same time delivering modern upgrades designed for our guests' comfort. We've infused it all with a sense of intimacy and warm personality, honoring the buildings' solid bones and graceful architecture with timeless design. ​All rooms at Fox & Bear Lodge have their own private en-suite bathrooms. All stays include a continental breakfast with most of the items you find being made in-house or coming from no more than 50 miles away. Whether you enjoy it leisurely in one of our many common areas, or on the trail before a hike (grab 'n go bags available), you will start your day off ready for whatever should come your way.
