SOHO Lofts has three unique film-friendly open lofts located in the heart of Manhattan's intimate SOHO district. These spaces are available for video, photo productions, corporate special events, and product launches. Three lofts which consist of ground floor / retail location, and attached basement, and a second floor. All these spaces could be either rented separately or combined. Privately owned, one-of-a-kind commercial loft spaces are available for rental on a daily or short-term basis. In the heart of Manhattan's SOHO district, this hotel is ideally situated. Product launches, exhibition spaces, fashion shows, film and television productions, and photo shoots are some of the most common uses for this type of space. The lofts have a total floor area of 30,000 square feet that can be customized to suit your needs. There are currently three lofts available: one on the ground floor, one on the lower level, and one on the second floor. There are also upper built-out floors available on the property as an option. This cast iron building, built in 1890 in a bustling area of Manhattan, was occupied by a famous textile manufacturing company at the time of its construction. Many of the original details can still be found in the lofts. Each loft is 10,000 square feet (50 x 200), and they are located on a stretch of Broadway between Mercer and Broadway streets. Natural light floods in through 15-foot-high sash windows that look out onto Mercer and Broadway. They also have an elevator. Haven's Kitchen was founded by Alison Cayne in 2012 with the goal of instilling pride and pleasure in her students through the preparation of seasonal ingredients from scratch. Alison Cayne has been teaching cooking since 2002. At the time of the company's inception, she set out on a mission to educate people about the impact that the food we buy, eat, and prepare has on the environment, society, and our daily lives. As a three-story carriage house in the heart of Manhattan, our residence strikes a balance between the comforting familiarity of a home and the unadorned openness of a Flatiron loft. Consider the variety of events we've hosted here, ranging from lively product launches to formal dinners and custom-designed weddings, to see why we like to think of our events team as its own in-house marketing department. In a historic brownstone on the Upper West Side, Arte Cafe is just steps from from Central Park and just west of the picturesque Strawberry Fields. This family-owned restaurant, which is celebrating 30 years in business, serves upmarket Italian food, including handmade handcrafted pizzas and exquisite desserts. We offer private event rooms available for rent for a variety of special occasions and budgets, including weddings. All locations are suitable for both small intimate gatherings and big occasions. Arte Cafe officially opened its doors 26 years ago, but it all began when Dina Malta traveled all the way from Italy to New York in the 1960s. Robert, her son, was a college student when he launched his first restaurant in the early 1990s, when he was still in college. With the assistance of his mother, he was able to properly administer the establishment. She was the one who came up with all of the original recipes that are still in use today. "She had such a commanding presence and always ensured that the staff was preparing everything with the freshest, most genuine ingredients possible," her son, Robert, said of his mother. Despite the fact that Dina passed away lately, her spirit lives on via Arte Cafe and the meals that are served today. Main Dining Room The Main Dining Room at Tribeca Grill is the restaurant's center point, and it has a sleek industrial warehouse feel to it. An ancient mahogany bar from the legendary "Maxwell's Plum," exposed brick walls, and artwork by the late Robert De Niro, Sr. adorn the space. Cocktail parties for up to 350 people or a formal dinner for 175 people can be held in the whole Dining Room. Arrangements can be made to reserve the full Tribeca Grill Duplex for groups of up to 500 people. This allows you to have dancing, food, and beverages all at the same time during your event. Loft The Loft is a bright, open room on the second story with beautiful hardwood flooring, 15-foot ceilings, and exposed brick walls. It also has its own entrance and private facilities. It is a dynamic space that can be dressed up for elegance or down for a fun, laid-back vibe. Although the room can hold up to 120 people for a formal dinner, the design is also suitable for smaller gatherings of 30 people or receptions of 175. The Loft can be used for gallery exhibitions, fashion events, corporate presentations, and even in conjunction with the adjacent screening room. Gallery Breakfast meetings, business luncheons and dinners, birthday celebrations, wine evenings, and a variety of other social occasions are all possible in this private, light, and intimate space. The space can hold up to 40 people for a formal function, but it is also suitable for 20-person board meetings. The Gallery provides a wonderful environment for all your entertainment needs, whether it is in the day or evening. Screening Room The Tribeca Screening Room is a state-of-the-art THX certified screening room located next to the Loft. Our cutting-edge digital cinema projection and film equipment can accommodate Power Point, laser disc, HD presentations, and 16-mm film for mixed media presentations. BRIC House, its home at 647 Fulton Street in the Cultural District, occupies a repurposed Strand Theater building and sits alongside BAM Harvey, the Mark Morris Dance Center, and Theatre for a New Audience.
