Saint Barnabas on the Desert is an Episcopal church and event venue situated on a landscaped campus at 6715 North Mockingbird Lane in Paradise Valley, Arizona. Founded in 1953, the parish's Mediterranean contemporary complex — designed by architect T.S. Montgomery and completed in 1961 — offers a setting of graceful arches, high ceilings, and desert-country grounds for weddings, concerts, and private gatherings. Two ceremony spaces anchor the campus. The main Sanctuary seats 460 guests beneath rhythmic columns and arches, with a raised circular altar and a focal mosaic titled "Wondrous Love" by artist Sarah Hall. The intimate Jim Clark Contemplative Chapel, appointed with Renaissance art and contemporary Mediterranean furnishings, accommodates smaller ceremonies and private services of up to 60 guests. Wedding packages at Saint Barnabas include ceremony and rehearsal access, a dedicated wedding coordinator, bridal preparation rooms, altar flowers, and technical support. The campus is fully wheelchair accessible and equipped with hearing assistance devices in the Sanctuary and Hutton Hall.

Scottsdale Stadium has anchored Old Town Scottsdale since 1956, serving as both the San Francisco Giants' spring training home and one of the area's most distinctive event venues. Set at 7408 E Osborn Rd in the heart of Old Town — steps from art galleries, restaurants, and boutique shops — the historic stadium combines classic baseball character with contemporary event infrastructure. Six event spaces accommodate gatherings ranging from intimate breakout sessions of five guests in the Press Level suites to receptions and conferences of 1,000 in the Fieldhouse. The 10,000-square-foot Fieldhouse features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the practice field and two outdoor patios, while the Banyan Room offers panoramic views of Old Town and Camelback Mountain for groups of up to 200. The Charro Lodge and First Base Patio round out the indoor-outdoor mix, with the LF Berm/Deck providing 11,000 square feet of open-air space for up to 750 guests. All spaces include in-house catering and built-in AV, and have hosted corporate retreats, product launches, galas, weddings, and team-building events.

Founded in 2004, Aldea Weddings is a family-owned and operated business that specializes in wedding planning. Beginning with the coordination of events at private estates throughout the Valley, we set off on our journey. We provide all-inclusive packages as well as stress-free event planning. We welcome outside vendors as well as outside alcoholic beverages. Packages that are tailored to your needs are available. Included are design, decorating, and coordination services. The Landmark has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1988. The building at 809 W. Main Street is an adaptive reuse and remodeling of a historic structure constructed in the 1920s. This historic building has been meticulously refurbished and thoughtfully planned to host intimate weddings and private parties, while retaining the original architectural characteristics throughout. The Landmark is pleased to provide a variety of package choices to accommodate guests of all financial abilities. We may also tailor any of our programs to meet your specific requirements. Guests will have access to our lovely private historic building for six hours as part of any of our packages, which can seat up to 200 people. In addition to a full soda bar, there is an indoor bar with expert bartenders available. (The client may bring in alcoholic beverages, and there are no corking fees associated with the service.) Our venue, The Landmark, only hosts one event each day, ensuring that you and your guests enjoy complete privacy on your big day. This mansion, built by the family of Mesa's first mayor, Alexander MacDonald, is a sentimental tribute to Mesa's history and antiquity. Alexander passed this house down to his son, James, in keeping with the family history of strong morals. He and his wife had nine children, which was more than enough to occupy the house. The residence was given the name James A. MacDonald House when it applied for the appropriate permissions to build an extension, marking the beginning of its documented history.

We are an urban speak easy style space. The building from the outside is very inconspicuous . There are several spaces inside that are versatile in their use, the main one is our 20 foot high cyclorama wall with 1050 sq. ft. of usable floorspace. The wall itself can be a 20ft high projection screen. The Cyclorama wall is over looked by a loft/lounge (1200 sq. ft) with a functional kitchen, bar and lounge. We have a great natural light space, 543 sq. ft. with 20 high ceilings. 3 bathrooms These are just our main areas, there are about 1400 sq. ft. shared with other spaces in the building. Our pricing covers the use of the building only. We do have our preferred vendors we can put you in touch with for any other needs you may have. Contact us for a list of those vendors. Crafted menus of all kinds are created by Artisan by Santa Barbara Catering, including farmyard barbecues, food truck stations, taco bars, entree plated stations, dinner buffets and Italian menus that feature the Stone Grove pizza oven. You can personalize any of our menus for your special day, and pricing varies depending on your date, the number of guests attending, and the modifications you request. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places as The Hardware Store, the brick building that houses BARCOA and XICO was built in 1928. It’s inscribed as The Knights of Pythias Building on the front facade. Almost everything you see inside the space comes from Mexico - the bars, the tiles, doors, glassware, furniture, and even most of the pots outside. The space was beautifully designed by our friend, Paulina Hassel-Martínez of Studio Victoria, and local architect Rick Swanson.

Off The Record is the valley’s 1st sing along bar/venue where the crowd becomes the entertainment. We have a dj booth and two full bars with 3 private rooms and maximum capacity of 275 guests.
