Leon provides deep cleaning after each event, which is included as part of the venue service. However, guests are responsible for returning the space in a clean and acceptable condition by removing decorations, rentals, personal belongings, and any excessive trash to avoid additional charges. Perched on the top floor of 1200 Lakeshore Avenue, The Penthouse is Oakland's newest private event space, wrapped in floor-to-ceiling glass with sweeping views of Lake Merritt, the Oakland skyline, and San Francisco in the distance. FLUID510 is a 5,000 square foot event venue a full kitchen, state of the art sound & lighting, three projection screens as well as Two Full Bars & an elevated lounge that is perfect for trainings as it is for presentations, mixers & fundraisers. FLUID510 fits 250 people standing, 120 people in seated auditorium style and 100 at Gala style tables. We built our tasting room in the heart of SoMa to serve as an urban oasis reflecting the look and feel of Napa Valley with an expansive outdoor patio (with expandable roof) and chic indoor space in SoMa, San Francisco.
