SOHO Lofts has three unique film-friendly open lofts located in the heart of Manhattan's intimate SOHO district. These spaces are available for video, photo productions, corporate special events, and product launches. Three lofts which consist of ground floor / retail location, and attached basement, and a second floor. All these spaces could be either rented separately or combined. Privately owned, one-of-a-kind commercial loft spaces are available for rental on a daily or short-term basis. In the heart of Manhattan's SOHO district, this hotel is ideally situated. Product launches, exhibition spaces, fashion shows, film and television productions, and photo shoots are some of the most common uses for this type of space. The lofts have a total floor area of 30,000 square feet that can be customized to suit your needs. There are currently three lofts available: one on the ground floor, one on the lower level, and one on the second floor. There are also upper built-out floors available on the property as an option. This cast iron building, built in 1890 in a bustling area of Manhattan, was occupied by a famous textile manufacturing company at the time of its construction. Many of the original details can still be found in the lofts. Each loft is 10,000 square feet (50 x 200), and they are located on a stretch of Broadway between Mercer and Broadway streets. Natural light floods in through 15-foot-high sash windows that look out onto Mercer and Broadway. They also have an elevator. It is possible to hold events such as corporate entertaining, team building, meetings, cooking demonstrations, and product launches at the Institute of Culinary Education's expansive facilities in New York City, as well as personal celebrations such as birthdays and wedding showers as well as bachelor/bachelorette parties and graduation celebrations. Guests range from 12 to 300 for signature hands-on cooking, baking, dining, cocktail and mixology parties, and 600 for tasting events. Events such as client entertaining, corporate team building, personal celebrations, and other functions are all possible. Thompson Square Studios is an Elevated Private Members Club located in the heart of fashionable Soho, New York, that is ideal for both work and play. A full-floor penthouse featuring a collection of boutique private studio spaces, open kitchens, F&B, screening and conference rooms, among other amenities. Thompson Square Studios' team of Membership Managers and Assistants treat each member as if they were a family member. In keeping with our legacy of bespoke design and taste, Thompson Square Studios curate exquisite experiences that appeal to the refined palates of our clientele. Located in Thompson Square Studios, a 2,000 square-foot event space with seating for up to 125 people. There is a cleaning service, air conditioning, WiFi, and an in-house Sonos sound system included in the rental price of the space, which is fully furnished and includes one event manager and one event assistant. The Lofts at Prince are comprised of three spacious lofts (Penthouse Six, Soho Loft, and Soho Meet), all of which are ideal for hosting your special event or gathering. We provide you with three flexible floors that can be configured to accommodate a variety of corporate and social events. The best part is that we will set up, break down, and clean up after ourselves, and we will provide a large selection of our own furnishings at no additional charge. This charming venue, which is located in historic Soho on Prince Street between Thompson and Sullivan, will transport you away from the hustle and bustle of Midtown Manhattan. In addition to the elegant entrance and lobby, which feature 100-year-old front doors, restored glass in the foyer, preserved metal tin ceilings and an elegant period elevator, your guests will be impressed by the venue's elegant interior. The Loft is a large blank canvas that can be customized to accommodate a variety of corporate and social events of varying sizes. This 2,500 square foot venue has plenty of wall space for clients to use, as well as a main event room and a living room set-up for guests. The Jazz Gallery offers a unique space for private events, recordings, rehearsals, business meetings, photo/film shoots, concerts, conferences, seminars, classes, weddings, receptions, celebrations, and functions of all kinds looking to distinguish themselves from the usual offerings. The performance space (1160 Broadway, entrance on Broadway) houses the stage and all performance amenities, a small office, and rest room area. The lounge (1158 Broadway, entrance on 27th street) includes an open lounge area, a large green room/office space, a bar, a refrigerator, and two restrooms (one being ADA-compliant). The Jazz Gallery is located in New York’s historic & bustling NoMad neighborhood; the Flatiron Building and Madison Square Park to our south, and the Empire State Building is a few blocks to the north. Nestled in between these two iconic buildings are old merchant stores, exclusive boutiques, and many restaurants and hotels. The Jazz Gallery is located at 1158 & 1160 Broadway, 5th floor. Patent Pending is located in the cellar of the Radio Wave Building, a New York City landmark building where Nikola Tesla lived and performed his experiments in the late 19th century. Once here, your private party will be transported into the back bar, with a lovely, low-ceiling, mirrored foyer for eight (3 stools), five banquettes to seat up to twenty-two, and nine bar stools.
