Hotel Thaynes, Park City, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, sits amid Park City's alpine landscape, its interiors recently refreshed with a modern mountain aesthetic that welcomes gatherings of all kinds. The hotel hosts weddings, celebrations, retreats, and corporate events across two event spaces totaling 2,222 square feet. The Spruce Room offers a scenic setting with sweeping mountain views suited to ceremonies and presentations, while the newly introduced Jupiter Pavilion and Courtyard bring floor-to-ceiling glass, fire pits, and outdoor seating to gatherings ranging from mountain weddings to team retreats. The hotel's largest space, an outdoor lawn, accommodates up to 250 guests. The hotel's 128 guest rooms, some with private balconies, feature luxury bedding, spacious baths, and natural materials, offering a comfortable home base for a full wedding weekend. Onsite catering spans plated dinners, buffets, stations, cocktail receptions, and family-style service, with menu options including wood-fired pizzas, seasonal specialties, and pastas, alongside cash, open, or limited bar service.

The Garden Center at Sugarhouse Park is an event building in Salt Lake City's Sugarhouse Park, offering roughly 3,300 square feet of indoor space for private events. The building seats up to 200 guests at dinner tables, with 10 round tables and 12 rectangular tables filling a dining and dancing area warmed by two gas fireplaces. A lobby with two projection screens rounds out the interior, while a patio and garden extend the setting outdoors — the south garden is available for event photography. A working kitchen with two conventional ovens, a stove, microwaves, and an electric food warmer supports events that arrive with food pre-cooked. Rentals run from 8 am through 2 am the following day, giving guests a full day to set up, celebrate, and clean up before handing the building back.

Alpine Meadows & Legacy Lodge sits at the heart of Park City Mountain Resort's base area, pairing an outdoor mountain ceremony site with a classic ski lodge for the reception. Legacy Lodge is a ski lodge with modern finishes, featuring three distinct spaces that combine to host up to 250 guests, along with a rustic fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, and exposed beams overlooking the resort's ski runs and base-area activity below. Summer ceremonies take place at Alpine Meadows, reached by chairlift and set among the mountains and pine forest. After exchanging vows, couples and their guests can make their way back down to the lodge via the Alpine Slide for a memorable transition from ceremony to reception. The venue is available for weddings from June through September, with select winter dates available upon request. Venue packages include the ceremony site, dining and display tables, cocktail tables, linens, china, stemware, cutlery, ceremony chairs, a dance floor, and lift transportation to the ceremony site and Alpine Slide.
