This speakeasy is located near the Williamsburg bridge with its own separate entrance on South 5th St. The space was renovated for creatives and is now available for your use. Thus, the look of the space is rustic and industrial including art murals and brick walls, and high pipe exposed ceilings. The floor has its original concrete, with small drains throughout. The space lets in very little daylight even during peek hours of sunshine. This allows photo and video work to have total control over the lighting. The space also comes with a multicolored LED light system that allows you to control the vibe through the space. We have a 10 foot long L- bar and small kitchen with fridge for food storage. The space is equipped with a WIFI network, great phone reception for any carrier, a powerful sound system with high quality JBL speakers wired together throughout the space, and a dj booth. All renters can use our hanging ceiling movie screen and projector to stage their own film viewings. We built our space to be unique and original in many ways but also very minimalist and interchangeable. Our tasting room is 1,000 sf and the main feature here. Large windows open onto the sidewalk. Grey and concrete dominate the space, with 2 circular bar. One bar is a food corner with a simple kitchen set up good for food catering, pop ups or the DJ booth! Lights are all dimmable to create different moods. The main feature of the space is the large circular bar with 40 taps behind it and a big circular window that overlooks our production space. On tap we have a large selection of our cocktails (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), local beers, spirits and wine. There are 2 restrooms, one with handicap access. There is plenty of seating, bar seats, custom bench and circular tables, all can be moved or removed.

Tucked in the back of our garden is a discreet wooden "treehouse", perfect for a quiet moment during any event. This one-of-a-kind venue, located at the corner of North 11th Street and Wythe Avenue, features 11,000 square feet of private, multi-purpose studio space and a 4,000 square foot private rooftop. With its flexible white-box architecture, open floor layout, and spectacular waterfront vistas, this extraordinary space has been deliberately built to support a diversity of applications within a historic three-story brick warehouse. The spacious inside space, in addition to the private rooftop access, features numerous expansive open areas as well as six distinct studio rooms, each with over-sized, magnificent arch windows. The whitewashed setting creates an excellent blank canvas for your individual wedding vision to come to life, with 20-foot ceilings, Madera hardwood floors, big skylights, and plenty of windows that flood the area with natural light. The XX Venue is a high-end loft with a private rooftop in Williamsburg's burgeoning neighborhood. This venue combines all modern features with Brooklyn character and convenience, and is located in a refurbished warehouse building. Within the facility, there is a panoramic 270-degree view, as well as unimpeded views of the East River and Manhattan skyline from the rooftop. Natural light floods the 15,000 square feet of space.
