Cabrillo Beach Bath House is a historic Mediterranean-style bathhouse built in 1932 on the shore of Cabrillo Beach in San Pedro, Los Angeles. Originally constructed as the last major bathhouse in Southern California, the 26,000-square-foot landmark was fully restored in 2002 and is now operated by the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks as a special event venue. The bathhouse offers an upstairs ballroom with vaulted ceilings, a hardwood dance floor, and windows that let in natural light, alongside an outdoor patio overlooking the ocean. Together the spaces accommodate up to 200 guests for weddings, receptions, quinceañeras, birthday celebrations, and business meetings — with capacity of 150 when the dance floor is in use. The facility is ADA accessible, with an elevator, automatic restroom doors, and other accessibility features added during the 2002 renovation.

Arbors, built-in event lighting and a dance floor, bathrooms, and plenty of concrete parking are all available in our event venue. On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, we cheerfully host events, and the venue is open for 12 or more hours on the event day. Tom Russell, an agriculture professional from Phoenix, Arizona, founded De Tierra Vineyards in the Salinas Valley in 1998 as an organic grape-growing company. In the early 1990s, Russell converted the majority of his conventional row crop vegetable farm to organic, and he had considerable success in the California market. Russell was passionate about wine and farming, and he wanted to learn more about the advantages of organic wine grape growing. Russell teamed up with Lucio Gomiero, a friend and winemaker from Vignalta Italy, to create an organic vineyard in the Corral de Tierra Valley. A 40-acre farm with a south-west facing orientation was chosen, about 15 miles from the Salinas Valley. De Tierra Vineyards was founded as a result of this collaboration. De Tierra began as a shared dream among good friends, and has since grown into a thriving artisanal brand with distribution in over 20 states, numerous awards, an active wine club, and a burgeoning team of experienced wine enthusiasts at its helm. Dan McDonnal and Alix Lynn Bosch are the current owners of De Tierra. De Tierra produces award-winning, hand-harvested wines to share from Monterey County's unique terroir. De Tierra focuses on offering the best depiction "of the land," as the name says. Great wines start in the vineyard, and their purpose is to transfer the terroir's distinctive qualities into great wine. Dan and Alix are committed to continuing De Tierra's tradition of creating high-quality boutique wines. De Tierra produces nine different varieties. The Flood Mansion, located in San Francisco's Pacific Heights area and home to the Schools of the Sacred Heart, turns from a school to a private event venue with over 6,000 square feet of space available for rental throughout the day. The Flood Mansion is a symphony of classical styles, including elements from the Italian Renaissance, Rococo, Tudor, and Georgian periods. Since Mrs. Flood bequeathed her home to the Religious of the Sacred Heart in 1939, this exquisite building, built in 1915, has been well conserved. Despite the fact that the facility is now a private school, it is nevertheless open for special events after school hours and on weekends. Our stunning Grand Hall and other rooms can accommodate up to 165 people for seated parties and up to 299 people for reception-style events. We can mix and match the ideal combination of rooms for your event's needs, or use just one for a smaller, more intimate gathering, thanks to the flexibility provided by the multiple spaces.
