The Chateau Lill is widely regarded as the best event venue in the Woodinville area. With a property that is 10 acres in size and boasts immaculate grounds, including lush rolling lawns, ponds, and a small farm that is surrounded by tall fir trees. The actual chateau has a room called the Barrel Room and a room called the Grand Room. During the peak summer season, there is also a tented open-air terrace outside. Other concealed enclaves can be discovered in the upper lawn, the vineyard lawn, high up in the chateau tower, or at the popular gazebo that is tucked away next to our picturesque pond. It takes only twenty-five minutes to get to the heart of Seattle from Chateau Lill, fifteen minutes to get to Bellevue, and ten minutes to get to Redmond. There are a number of hotels in both Bellevue and Redmond that come highly recommended by our team. There are over 130 wineries, breweries, and distilleries dotted across the landscape of Woodinville, all of which are located within a radius of five miles of Chateau Lill. Red Barn Farms occupies a working century farm in the Palouse region of southeastern Washington, twelve miles south of Pullman. Established in 1901 by Christine and Florent Meyer, the property has passed through four generations of the same family; current stewards Ty and Kay Meyer converted the farm into an event venue in 2007. The centerpiece is the original barn, its timber frame built from fir harvested on nearby Moscow Mountain more than a century ago. Renovations added a new floor and foundation, repaired the original joists, and introduced lighting and indoor restrooms, while leaving the timber framing and barn wood exposed throughout the reception space. Cafe lights and lanterns hang overhead, and the barn's doors open onto a covered front patio that doubles as a second dance floor. Guests move from a terraced ceremony area overlooking the rolling hills, entered through the barn's grand double doors, into the barn itself for dinner and dancing, with an adjacent courtyard and patio extending the layout for cocktail hour, yard games, and larger gatherings. Four acres of landscaped grounds, including lavender and wheat fields, surround the buildings, and a separate structure called The Suites provides wedding-party preparation space, a kitchen, and meeting rooms.

Red Barn Studios occupies a 1937 former dairy barn on 25 acres of farmland in Chehalis, Washington, midway between Portland and Seattle. The barn was renovated with care to preserve its original character while adding modern amenities such as a kitchen and restrooms, and it has operated as a wedding and event venue since 2005. In the two decades since, couples from around the world have gathered within its walls to celebrate with friends and family. Owners Laurie and Jason Dix have operated Red Barn Studios for almost 20 years, working with couples from the earliest planning stages through their wedding day. The two-story barn offers 3,000 square feet of space on each floor and accommodates up to 250 guests, with seating for 150 provided as part of the rental. A separate bridal suite gives the bride a private space to prepare, complete with a parlor stove and a landscaped back area used for pre-ceremony portraits, and an outdoor field near a cottonwood tree serves as a ceremony site for couples who prefer to celebrate outdoors. Beyond weddings, the venue also hosts celebrations of life, graduation parties, corporate events, proms, anniversary parties, and bridal and baby showers, drawing on the same barn spaces that have hosted its weddings since 2005.

Stilly Brook Farm was first settled in 1889 by a pioneer family. A Swedish barn builder built the current barn in the 1920s near to the ancient Stillagaumish River channel. It still has its original cedar timbers and cathedral ceiling, which could hold up to 25 tons of hay at one time. For nearly a century, the farm remained operating, largely with modest crops and milk cows. Richard and Beverly Emery decided to develop the farm into an event center in the year 2000, with the goal of hosting weddings, religious events, and family reunions. The bottom floor was cleaned up and turned into a reception hall, and the property was landscaped into lovely gardens. The present owners, David and Terri Lundquist, and their five kids, are expanding on what the Emerys envisioned when they transformed this lonely farm into a place for everyone to enjoy. When you walk in, you'll notice that Stilly Brook Farm has paid attention to every detail in this newly remodeled location.

Tucked into the rural Lucia Valley of southwest Washington, less than an hour north of Portland, The Pomeroy Farm pairs a working farm's history with a private, secluded setting for weddings and events. A historic log house, barn, and blacksmith shop sit alongside expansive, well-maintained grounds and gardens, giving couples what the farm describes as a "blank canvas" that suits everything from rustic to elegant celebrations. Weddings are hosted in the farm's covered, open-air pavilion, a 4,000-square-foot space rented for 12 hours plus an additional hour for clean-up. Couples bring in their own caterer and vendors, and the farm is offered as event dates from June through September, with other private events considered case by case. Beyond the pavilion, the property offers a bridal parlor, a gentlemen's quarters, and a range of photo backdrops, including the historic barn, a gazebo, and a tree-lined hillside. The ranch has been run by the same local family for years, and the land still functions as a working property, with hay farmed on-site and wildlife moving through the fields. Clear, dark skies over the valley make for notable stargazing at night. The ranch hosts small weddings, family reunions, and corporate retreats. Its rustic barn is the centerpiece: the upper level opens completely on one side, looking straight out over the meadows and mountains beyond. It suits an outdoor-style ceremony without leaving the property. A small on-site church is also available for couples who want to marry there. The ranch can help arrange catering, flowers, and cake for the wedding, and its site fee covers a straightforward, all-in-one booking process. Guests can step from the porch directly onto the Methow Valley Sport Trails for skiing and mountain biking, and horse facilities are available on-site for guests traveling with animals.
