The house evokes the spirit of the time period in which it was built. Featuring plenty of area for partying as well as a diverse selection of ceremony and reception venues, Cloverleaf Farm is a wedding venue with endless possibilities. Cloverleaf Farm is one of the most beautiful fall wedding locations in Georgia, and we think it to be the best in the state. The upstairs living room of the residence, as well as the private veranda, provide a panoramic view of the farmland. A luxury suite for the bride and her attendants is provided in this location. Everyone has a particular vision for their wedding day, and it is our honest wish to assist each couple in making their vision a magical reality. Our farm is only 12 miles from I-85 and the Tanger Outlet Center in Commerce, as well as 16 miles from downtown Athens. Our 8,000 square foot climate-controlled main building features a spacious bridal suite with make-up counters and private restroom, a groom's suite, a prep kitchen for caterers to warm and plate food, an open concept banquet hall that can accommodate up to 225 guests for a sit-down dinner with plenty of room for your dance floor and DJ, a grand indoor and outdoor stone fireplace, and a cover charge. In addition to the main building, the grounds at Grant Hill Farm include a 4,000 square foot open air barn. It can be used for rehearsal dinners, ceremonies with a cover, or as part of your wedding reception. The tranquil rolling hills provide the perfect backdrop for our primary outdoor ceremony setting, which includes a fixed arbor. In 2015, the Bouchard family bought the land that is now Grant Hill Farms with the sole intention of turning it into a wedding destination. The building — originally home to the Blue Bell/Wrangler plant — was purchased by the city in 1988 and most recently underwent a complete renovation, reopening in January 2025 with updated spaces and a new outdoor courtyard available for rental. The center sits 60 miles north of Atlanta in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains and offers five distinct event spaces spanning a range of sizes. The Harmony Grove Room on the upper level is the venue's largest, accommodating up to 750 guests with its factory-style windows, hardwood floors, wet bar, and access to a commercial kitchen. On the main level, the Commerce Room seats up to 100 guests and features hardwood floors and an in-house sound system with wireless microphones; the Cold Sassy Room holds up to 65 guests in a space defined by exposed brick walls; the Peach Room accommodates up to 40; and the Executive Board Room provides a table setting for up to 12. The Civic Center is available for weddings, receptions, banquets, business meetings, pageants, and private gatherings, with rental inquiries handled by the city's events staff.

The authentic 1900’s Dairy Barn has been renovated to include all modern conveniences, while still keeping all the elegant and rustic elements. The property includes an Entrance Hall, Bridal Suite and multiple unique outdoor ceremony locations. The Dairy Barn can seat up to 250 guests. 9 Oaks Farm also has onsite lodging. The Engine Room is a one-of-a-kind event facility in historic downtown Monroe, Georgia, housed in portion of the Monroe Cotton Mills, which housed the engines that powered the mill machinery for 90 years. The hardwood floors, exposed brick walls with worn paint, heart of pine columns, iron bars covering a few of the windows, and major entrances with historic sliding fire doors have all been repaired and kept intact in the building, which has been a part of Monroe's history since 1895. This completely accessible, climate controlled space is one of the largest in Walton county, with modern comforts like as a full service commercial catering prep kitchen, updated industrial chic restrooms, and a huge bridal suite. The Engine Room's 6,400 sq ft main hall can accommodate groups of up to 400 seated or 500 standing people, but it may also be partitioned to accommodate smaller wedding ceremonies and receptions. With the old brick mill building and its surrounding towers acting as a magnificent backdrop, the expansive outdoor lawn provides an acre and a half of green area for ceremonies, parties, and picnics. The Engine Room also has a tucked-away outdoor patio for receptions and short ceremonies in a secluded open-air setting. Weddings The Engine Room is Monroe's newest and most interesting Special Events venue, providing both value and beauty. The Engine Room, with over 15,000 square feet of total area, can accommodate weddings of all shapes and sizes.
