Connect with the energy of New York City in this industrial style loft, which features 30 8-foot windows, satin polished hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, a mezzanine with a floating metal staircase, and much, much more. As the National Maritime Union's headquarters, the nautically themed structure was originally designed by New Orleans modernist architect Albert Ledner in 1968 to serve as the union's headquarters.
