The Venue was created with a variety of styles in mind. The barn-styled venue undoubtedly has a beautiful nostalgic vibe, but we wanted to keep it elegant and modern by adding some industrial finishes to go with a variety of color schemes and seasons. Located inside the Inn at Aspen at 38750 CO-82, the restaurant features a rustic interior of reclaimed barn wood and metalwork, a stone fireplace, and a back patio with views of Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, and Hunter Creek Valley. The dining areas include a 25-seat bar, booth seating with handcrafted wood tables, the Station Room lounge, and the outdoor patio. Founded in 2006 by Aaron Siegel and partners, Home Team BBQ pairs slow-cooked meats and elevated Southern staples with an expansive American whiskey selection, craft cocktails, and local brews. The 295-acre Heckendorf Farm, which is situated along the South Platte River Valley west of the city of Littleton, was chosen as a picturesque, natural site by the 17 founding members. The region provided an unobstructed view of the mountains, a plateau, and a flowing river valley, all of which express a sense of peaceful spaciousness. The project was given the name "Columbine Country Club," after the state flower.

The property features 13 individually appointed cabin units across three distinct categories — historic Log Cabins dating to the early 1900s, three-suite Trout House Cabin Suites, and the Reunion Lodge, a two-story structure designed specifically for group stays. Custom woodwork throughout the property is crafted from locally sourced Beetle Kill pine, lending each space a distinctive character rooted in the Colorado landscape. Colorado Cabin Adventures accommodates groups of up to 60 guests for reunions, corporate retreats, wellness gatherings, and special events. The Western Colorado Botanical Gardens occupies a 15-acre site along the Colorado River in Grand Junction, Colorado, where it has welcomed visitors since its founding in 1994. The property encompasses a diverse range of specialty gardens — including a Cactus Garden, Japanese Garden, Western Heritage Garden, and Children's Secret Garden — alongside a tropical rainforest greenhouse that opened in 1997 and a Butterfly House featuring native butterfly species, koi fish, turtles, and tortoises. The gardens' mission centers on conservation, education, and community, while also offering an aesthetic setting for cultural and private events. Weddings, receptions, and private gatherings can be hosted across the garden grounds, with both indoor and outdoor options available throughout the property.
