The Chalkboard Kitchen + Bar has stood in the heart of downtown Tulsa since 1976, operating today inside the Ambassador Hotel Tulsa, Autograph Collection. Castle Falls is a historic castle in Oklahoma City that has been converted into a restaurant and event venue, sitting on five landscaped acres near downtown, about seven miles from the airport. The structure was built in 1945 by WWI veteran Bill Blecha, who spent decades collecting salvaged architectural pieces from demolished Oklahoma City buildings, including the Colcord Hotel, the original downtown airpark, and the Oklahoma County Courthouse, to construct his family's home into the side of a hill with three levels framed by 24-inch concrete walls. Amy and Ralph Rollins purchased the property in 2004 and reopened it as a restaurant in 2005, later adding The Grande Hall in 2007 and expanding private dining across the castle's upper floors. For events, planners can choose between The Grande Hall, a 5,000-square-foot stone building with 22-foot ceilings, a fireplace, integrated audio-visual capabilities, and an adjacent outdoor Wedding Folly, which accommodates up to 250 guests for weddings, corporate dinners, and large celebrations. Inside the historic castle itself, smaller private dining spaces span three floors, from The Cellar's casual first-floor tables to the fine-dining Primrose on the second floor and the intimate Master Level suites on the third, suited to rehearsal dinners, executive meetings, and gatherings as small as two guests. The grounds include towering oak trees, a wedding folly, an ivy-covered pergola, and a waterfall and patio area used for outdoor ceremonies and photography, with indoor backup available in The Grande Hall during inclement weather. The venue also preserves period furnishings and artifacts donated by Oklahoma City families, including historic bridal gowns displayed throughout the castle.

Grand House Asian Bistro has served Oklahoma City's Asian District since 1984, when it became the first restaurant to bring the traditional dim sum dining experience to Oklahoma. The menu spans traditional and modern Chinese cuisine alongside fresh sushi and dishes drawing on Vietnamese, Korean, Thai, and other Asian culinary traditions, with the signature dim sum service featured on weekends and holidays and select favorites available on the weekday menu. A full-service bar rounds out lunch and dinner service. For private events, Grand House can close off its banquet room to host up to 100 guests, or close the entire restaurant to the public for exclusive use by groups of up to 320. Both arrangements include a stage and full sound system for live bands, complete bar service, dedicated wait staff, and a dance floor. The event team also builds customized menus in Asian or Western culinary traditions, offered as hors d'oeuvres, buffet, family-style, or plated courses, and can cater off-site for groups as large as 750, having served locations such as Coles Garden, the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum, and the Petroleum Club of Oklahoma City.

Vast is a wedding and event venue set on the 49th and 50th floors of The Devon Tower in downtown Oklahoma City, more than 700 feet above the city, offering panoramic views of the skyline. Founded in 2012, the restaurant and event space combines fine dining with contemporary event spaces suited to weddings, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, and bridal luncheons. The venue offers ten total rooms across its two floors, ranging from intimate spaces for as few as 10 guests to the Infinity Room, which holds up to 240 for larger receptions. The Skylight Room accommodates up to 104 guests, and the combined Summit/Vista space holds up to 72, giving couples a range of room sizes to match their guest list. All catering is provided in-house by Vast's culinary team, led by Executive Chef Jonas Favela, and wedding packages include tables, chairs, black or white linens, dinnerware, a dance floor, and a stage. Vast has earned the AAA Four Diamond award and recognition from OpenTable as one of the most scenic restaurants in Oklahoma. Its sister property, the Colcord Hotel, sits next door with indoor walkway access for guest room blocks.
