Stepping Stone Ranch is a 118-acre working farm and equestrian facility in rural West Greenwich, Rhode Island, established in the mid-1950s by the Davis family and under Waldron family ownership since 1995. Over the decades the ranch has hosted thousands of guests and celebrity performances, and was named a Yankee Editor's Choice, Best of New England pick in 2011. Alongside its riding lessons, clinics, boarding, and summer camp programs, the ranch hosts weddings and special events in rustic, shabby-chic indoor and outdoor spaces. An indoor hall accommodates up to 300 guests, while the ranch's outdoor grounds, complete with a music stage, can hold more than 1,000. A full liquor license, on-site catering or cooking options, ample parking, and connections to local vendors for party tents and horse-drawn carriages round out the ranch's offerings for weddings, fundraisers, music festivals, and family reunions.

The Herreshoff Marine Museum is a premier waterfront location for your next special event, such as a clambake, business meeting, small conference, corporate retreat, holiday party, regatta, wedding, or family reunion. The museum is located on the banks of the Hudson River. In the midst of dozens of exceptional historic Herreshoff boats on an exceptional waterfront property overlooking Bristol Harbor, our facilities provide a beautiful and historic setting for your event. The Museum provides several attractive options for your meeting, social event, or wedding, including the Waterfront, Hall of Boats, Aria Gallery, Conference Room, and the second floor of the historic Burnside Building, among other locations. All year long, the Museum offers a variety of unique indoor and outdoor spaces that can accommodate groups ranging from 25 to 200 people. Industrial heaters are used in the fall and winter to keep your party warm and toasty even in the coldest of temperatures. A special place to infuse your dinner or reception with a unique vibe, the Hall of Boats can be found on the ground floor of the Museum and is fully handicap accessible. It is the heart of the Herreshoff collection and is located on the ground floor of the Museum. Your event will take place among more than a dozen magnificent antique wooden boats, all of which were built by the Herreshoff Manufacturing Company, in this impressive space. Many of the boats are mounted on wheeled platforms that can be moved to accommodate and customize events of any size or configuration, including weddings. We have the capacity to accommodate 125 people for a seated dinner and 250 people for cocktails. On your request, a projection screen can be made available. Tables and chairs are always included in the rental price.

The Lobster Bar is a waterfront seafood restaurant on Bowens Wharf in Newport, Rhode Island, occupying the site once home to the Aquidneck Lobster Company. The space carries forward that history, aiming for the same sense of community that made the original wholesale fish market a neighborhood staple. The dining room is built around harbor views, with floor-to-ceiling windows, sliding doors, and dockside air just beyond the room. Built in 1905 for wealthy businessman Samuel Priest, Edgewood Manor Inn is an 18-room Greek Revival mansion in Providence, Rhode Island, acquired in 1994 and restored to its original grandeur. Five ornate fireplaces and leaded, stained-glass windows remain throughout the property, and guestrooms and suites are decorated in Victorian and Empire style, several with gas or wood-burning fireplaces and jacuzzi tubs. The mansion serves as a backdrop for Rhode Island weddings and receptions, as well as anniversary parties, engagement parties, baby showers, and christenings. Couples can reserve the entire first floor for the ceremony, reception, or bridal party preparations, with capacity for up to 75 guests in winter and 150 in summer across the mansion's indoor rooms and outdoor grounds. Two dining rooms and a patio provide additional space for dining, and wedding parties receive a complimentary basket of cheese and crackers with an ice bucket and glasses. The Smith-Appleby House Museum is an 18th-century historic house in Smithfield, Rhode Island, built beginning in 1702 and home to seven generations of the Smith and Appleby families until 1959. The family's line traces back to John Smith, known as 'The Miller,' who emigrated from Massachusetts with Roger Williams in search of religious freedom. Inside, the house preserves soot-stained beams and time-worn hearthstones in its keeping room, decorative lambs tongue woodwork, and a chalk signature left by Hugh Whipple in October 1755. The Historical Society of Smithfield, founded in 1932 by 49 charter members from prominent Rhode Island families, purchased the deteriorating property in 1976 from a descendant of charter member Myra Appleby and restored it through community fundraising and volunteer labor. Today the house serves as the Society's headquarters and museum, preserving local artifacts and Smithfield history for public education. The Valiant is a 97-foot yacht operated by Charles River Boat Company, a family-run business that has cruised Boston Harbor and the Charles River since 1990. Departing from Rowes Wharf, with alternate dockage available on request, the Valiant carries guests along the water for weddings, cocktail receptions, and celebratory gatherings such as birthdays and reunions. Aboard, a traditional salon area with a full bar connects to a wicker-furnished fantail, while an extended bow offers a spot for photography and harbor views. An upper canopy deck provides additional open-air space for a celebration. The yacht seats 10 to 60 guests for a seated meal and holds up to 120 for a cocktail-style reception. Each charter includes two full-service bars stocked with beer, wine, spirits, and custom glassware, along with top-shelf and custom wine and champagne selections. Squantum Association is a private dining club and public event space set on ten acres of historic grounds along Narragansett Bay in Riverside, Rhode Island. The property's two signature buildings anchor its event spaces.
