It features 2,000 sq ft of renovated space, 11 ft ceiling, hardwood oak flooring, a kitchen, HVAC, AV, furniture and more. Movable walls and adjustable lighting present various options for art exhibitions, cocktail receptions, pop-ups, film or fashion projects. Previous collaborations include Blue Bloods, The Irishman, And Just Like That, events by Microsoft, Pixar, NASA, Kevyn Aucoin, Vans, Project Runway and American Express among many others. Your guests will be greeted by a glass facade with authentic 100-year old patinated pilasters. A double door level entrance leads to a spacious well appointed loft. Among many original details are meticulously restored ceiling tin tiles, floating walls, partially exposed bricks, a collection of museum quality paintings and photographs. Furnishings include a Saarinen table, chairs by Arne Jacobsen, a leather sofa by Ted Boerner, benches by Giulio Lazzotti, stools by Philippe Starck, a 24-speaker Bose sound system, Bang & Olufsen speakers, a Canon projector, laser/LED lights and more. All these items are FREE and available to enhance your celebration shall you decide to use them. Of course, you may bring your own equipment, art and furniture. Beauty & Essex is available for all variety of events, from intimate dinners for 12 up to cocktail events for 550 people. The restaurant sits behind a functioning pawn shop and has a full service bar on both floors, as well as 4 dining rooms and a lounge area. Each of our spaces can be reserved semi-privately or combined for full floor and restaurant buyouts. Unique on the Lower East Side, the atmosphere of the 10,000 square foot space is both grand and intimate, moody and effervescent. Located in the heart of NYC's Financial District, 48 Wall Street occupies three floors of a 1927 former historic bank. The Grand Mezzanine Banking Hall has retained much of its original architectural detail and boasts 30-foot ceilings, Palladian windows, and an entrance leading to a grand marble staircase.

Quick Eternity's second-floor event space, The Gam, can host cocktail receptions of up to 50 guests or the entire cocktail bar can be rented for buyouts of the space.

The breathtaking 5,000 square foot venue has indoor and outdoor seating for up to 300 guests and offers unparalleled views of the Brooklyn and Williamsburg Bridges and the Brooklyn Skyline. Industry Kitchen serves out simple, seasonal market fare that New Yorkers are familiar and fond of, including a variety of salads, wood-oven grilled meats, and pizza. Industry Kitchen is located in an angular building with reclaimed plank wood, black tile, and bare concrete, playing off the seaport's historic industrial environment. The indoor and outdoor spaces are divided by floor to ceiling windows, which frame a beautiful view of the coastline from every seat. Stools facing the bustling kitchen, private and communal dining tables, the spacious freestanding bar, or the outdoor terrace and lounge are all options for guests to choose from. Located in the Ludlow Hotel on Manhattan’s storied Lower East Side, Dirty French is an energetic bistro created by the acclaimed hospitality brand Major Food Group and its co-founders Jeff Zalaznick, Mario Carbone, and Rich Torrisi. Dirty French's Main Dining Room can accommodate large parties of up to 24 guests non-privately or it can be booked privately for up to 90 guests seated or 150 guests for a reception-style event. Dirty French's Private Dining Room is located on the 2nd Floor of the Ludlow Hotel, through a private entrance. The room has a built-in bar, dedicated restrooms, a private coat check, and large windows overlooking Ludlow Street. It can be booked for up to 50 guests seated or 80 guests for a reception-style event. Dirty French’s Garden is a beautiful courtyard that is located on the ground floor of the Ludlow Hotel.
