The Charlie Grimes Family Agricultural Center is a state-of-the-art, 21,375-square-foot climate-controlled facility situated on the Florida Strawberry Festival grounds in Plant City, Florida — about 30 minutes east of Tampa. The building rises to a 30-foot ceiling and features finished flooring throughout, making it well-suited for a wide range of gatherings, from livestock shows and trade exhibitions to concerts, school functions, and private events. The center offers flexible configuration options across its expansive floor, accommodating up to 660 floor-level seated guests alongside 1,608 retractable tiered bleacher seats. Built-in infrastructure includes a state-of-the-art PA system with optional LED signage, ceiling-mounted electrical outlets, internet access, a ticketing office, and multiple bathrooms. Cedar Bay Retreat is an outdoor riverfront garden estate situated on a wooded three-acre parcel along the north bank of Cedar Bay in North Jacksonville, Florida. Cedar Bay is a shallow fish and wildlife estuary formed by the Broward River, a tributary of the St. Johns River, lending the property a natural, serene character that sets it apart from more urban event settings. The retreat opened its grounds for weddings and events in Spring 2015 and is owned and managed by Ministerio Renacer Inc., a not-for-profit organization. The property hosts ceremonies on its lush green lawns beneath a canopy of tall trees, cocktail hours on the open-air concrete patio, and receptions under a large covered porch that runs along the waterfront. Outdoor capacity reaches several hundred guests across the lawn, patio, and porch, while a smaller indoor area accommodates more intimate gatherings. Tampa Theatre is a historic nonprofit movie palace in downtown Tampa, Florida, operating at 711 N. Franklin Street since its opening on October 15, 1926. Designed by renowned atmospheric theatre architect John Eberson for Paramount Pictures, it stands today as the world's most complete and best-preserved example of Eberson's signature atmospheric style — a design that evokes a moonlit Mediterranean courtyard, complete with twinkling stars overhead, old-world statuary, gargoyles, and ornate architectural detail. Eberson himself considered Tampa Theatre his personal favorite among the atmospheric theatres he designed. After facing demolition in 1973, the building was saved through a community-led preservation effort and purchased by the City of Tampa. It reopened in January 1977, was named to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978, and has since become a national model for historic theatre preservation. The venue is managed by the not-for-profit Tampa Theatre, Inc. under a long-term agreement with the City. Today the theatre hosts more than 600 events annually — including first-run and classic films, live concerts, special events, and corporate gatherings — across two cinema spaces: the historic 1,252-seat main auditorium and the intimate 43-seat John T. Taylor Screening Room, which opened in 2024 as the theatre's first expansion in nearly a century. The Porcher House is a 20th-century Classical Revival mansion in the heart of Cocoa's established Historic District, listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places since 1986. Built in 1916 from native coquina rock quarried in Brevard County, the house is finished throughout with teak, oak, and cedar, and offers a panoramic view of Riverfront Park and the Indian River. The City of Cocoa makes the historic property available for weddings, receptions, private parties, luncheons, afternoon teas, and meetings. The main event space accommodates up to 85 seated guests or 125 for a standing reception, and a back brick terrace is available as an outdoor add-on for ceremonies or cocktail hours. The Vanguard is a theater and event space in Downtown Orlando, housed in the historic 1928 Firestone Tire & Auto building at 578 N Orange Ave. Formerly known as Firestone Live and Venue 578, the space underwent a multimillion-dollar renovation and now spans 26,000 square feet across two stories with both indoor and outdoor areas, accommodating between 50 and 2,000 guests.
