The Jones sisters, Leslie and LeAnn, like to spend a typical night out in Los Angeles at some of their favorite restaurants, where they can enjoy delicious food, excellent wine, and the company of good friends. Leslie, a luxury wedding planner, and LeAnn, an attorney, had grown tired of having to travel outside of their neighborhood in order to partake in activities such as eating and drinking delicious food and wine. The sisters came up with the idea to launch 1010 Wine and Events based on Leslie's prior experience in the hospitality industry and LeAnn's knowledge of wine as well as her passion for the beverage. In the middle of Leslie and LeAnn's hometown of Inglewood, California, which is also their current home, you'll find the upscale wine bar known as 1010 Wine. Leslie and LeAnn both grew up in this city. The City of Champions is home to only one wine bar, and that establishment is 1010 Wine. The Jones Sisters can't wait to have foodies and wine enthusiasts from all over the city visit their neighborhood so they can show them a place that is truly unique without them even having to leave their neighborhood. Idle Hour is a bar and private event venue in North Hollywood, Los Angeles, housed in a distinctive barrel-shaped structure built in 1941. The building is a celebrated example of programmatic architecture — designed to attract passing motorists — and has become a neighborhood landmark along Vineland Avenue. The venue offers Americana cocktails and food in an atmosphere that reflects its original era, with a warmly lit wood-paneled interior and a cozy back patio anchored by a beloved giant bear statue. Private events accommodate up to 200 guests across the patio and full venue, and Idle Hour has hosted wrap parties, weddings, and company events. The venue is operated by the 1933 Group.

The La Cañada Thursday Club, a beautiful, historic gem of a property, is located in the heart of La Cañada Flintridge. Built in 1926, the facility has been the setting for many wedding celebrations and other special events. The clubhouse has many amenities, including a ballroom with an elevated stage, tea room, bridal suite, and kitchen. The outdoor courtyard is a private walled area that has arched wrought iron gates, a large fountain, a majestic oak tree, and a mature garden. The venue accommodates up to 130 guests and has a private, spacious parking lot. Facilities and Capacity The secluded courtyard is a perfect location for your ceremony—a floral pergola arches over the gate and provides a colorful background for the moment you both say ‘I do’. Rows of seats can be set out for your guests to watch. Here, a Spanish-tiled water fountain, paving, flower beds, and shade-providing trees all combine to create a beautiful walled-garden effect. The courtyard can also be arranged to host your reception. In setting out round tables, chairs, centerpieces, cutlery, and plates, it becomes a beautiful place to experience al fresco dining. It also provides a marvelous backdrop for a stunning photoshoot. The clubhouse offers an impeccably designed interior space with a ballroom, buffet space, and kitchen. With exposed ceiling beams, round tables, candelabra chandeliers, and amber uplighting all around, the ballroom embodies romance. Overview Despite being only two stories tall and dwarfed by its surroundings, this dazzling black-and-gold terra cotta building with zigzag modern ornamentation commands attention despite its small size. Morgan, Walls, and Clements, one of the oldest continuously operating architectural firms on the West Coast and a driving force in the development of various forms of revival and moderne architecture in Los Angeles, designed the building. A notable feature of the structure is that it is one of the city's last remaining black-and-gold Art Deco structures, and that it is a scaled-down version of the firm's downtown Richfield building (built in 1928; demolished in 1968). It was originally constructed as a neighborhood branch bank, and it served in this capacity until 1970. The building was originally used as a restaurant/nightclub, and it was later converted into a Christian center. After years of disrepair, the building was beautifully restored and converted into short- and long-term creative office space for rent. It is also available for private parties and special events.

The Palm Sophia Rooftop is a beautiful and sophisticated event and filming area that is located in the middle of Culver City. The neighboring main room has the privilege of having forty percent of its walls and glass doors that can fully accordion away to connect to fresh air for your comfort. In addition, we have a huge outdoor area and a rooftop space (can also be closed). The breathtaking rooftop is the crown gem of our three-story structure that has a total of 17,000 square feet of flexible creative space. We are happy to accommodate filming and photography shoots, in addition to providing a full-service event department for pop-up shops, weddings, mitzvahs, religious ceremonies, birthday parties, and corporate as well as entertainment events of any size. In addition to this, one of our primary focuses is catering to the needs of our religious community for religious events. Large-scale gatherings are well within our capabilities.
