RSVP South End is a flexible private event venue at 217 Fairwood Avenue in Charlotte's South End. We host corporate gatherings, holiday parties, brand events, birthdays, quinceañeras, baby showers, and private celebrations, with spaces that can be shaped around the experience you want to create. The Stage welcomes groups of up to 800 and offers integrated sound, lighting, displays, and live-streaming options for presentations, performances, and large celebrations. The Parlor is a speakeasy-style lounge for up to 250. The garden-inspired Veranda accommodates up to 200 beneath a retractable roof, while The Rooftop pairs skyline views with room for up to 150. The Terrace, an upper-level space for up to 50, is available as an add-on to The Veranda or The Stage. Across 15,000 square feet, our spaces can be combined for distinct moments, from a welcome reception to a main program and after-party. The AC Charlotte Ballantyne offers event spaces for both corporate meetings and private celebrations. We offer six private event rooms. Smaller event rooms can be arranged for board rooms, classrooms, or gatherings. Our top-floor Panorama Ballroom is ideal for parties and receptions with up to 200 guests. Guests dine and mingle with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking views of Ballantyne Village. Room blocks are conveniently available to accommodate overnight guests.

The JC Raulston Arboretum at NC State University is a nationally acclaimed botanic garden in Raleigh, North Carolina, home to one of the largest collections of garden plants adapted for the Southeast. The arboretum offers more than nine individually rentable venues spanning indoor and outdoor settings, suited to events ranging from intimate garden ceremonies for as few as ten guests to grand outdoor receptions for up to 500. Indoors, the York Auditorium in the Ruby C. McSwain Education Center offers three flexible rooms — rentable separately or as one combined space — with floor-to-ceiling windows opening to views of the four-season gardens. Outdoors, the Finley-Nottingham Rose Garden displays more than 3,000 blooms per day during peak seasons in May and September, while the Great Lawn and Gathering Lawn handle the largest gatherings and are the only spaces on the property that permit external tent rentals and after-hours events with an approved lighting plan. All gardens are available to renters seven days a week from sunrise to sunset.

Mediterranean Deli, Bakery, and Catering has been serving fresh, handmade Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine in Chapel Hill, North Carolina since 1992. Founded by Jamil Kadoura — who immigrated from Palestine and worked his way from dishwasher to Food and Beverage Director before opening the deli — the restaurant grew from a 12-seat Franklin Street operation with five menu items into a full-service establishment offering more than 63 dishes, a complete bakery, and catering available seven days a week. The catering team brings that same kitchen to a wide range of private events, from weddings and Bar and Bat Mitzvahs to corporate lunches and university gatherings throughout the Chapel Hill, Durham, and Raleigh area. Full-service packages include delivery, event setup with linens and pottery, tuxedoed servers, and menu consultation — with complimentary tastings available for those planning larger events. For groups that prefer an on-site setting, Mediterranean Deli operates The Story, a three-level event venue at 450 W Franklin Street with a rooftop overlooking Franklin Street and capacity for up to 350 guests.

Nantahala Village Resort has welcomed guests to the mountains of western North Carolina since 1948, occupying a forested setting within the Nantahala and Pisgah National Forests near Bryson City. The resort offers seven dedicated event spaces spanning outdoor meadows, covered decks, open-air overlooks, and indoor dining and lounge rooms — accommodating groups from 100 to 250 guests depending on the space. Highland Brewing Company is Asheville's original craft brewery, founded in 1994 by Oscar Wong, a Chinese-Jamaican immigrant who introduced craft beer to the city using refurbished dairy equipment at Barley's Taproom. Today, the company operates an 11-acre campus in East Asheville — formerly the Blue Ridge Motion Picture Studios — with indoor and outdoor event venues, five sand volleyball courts, and an 18-hole disc golf course. The largest independent, family-owned brewery native to the Southeast, Highland has been led since 2018 by Leah Wong Ashburn, Oscar's daughter. The campus accommodates private events ranging from intimate gatherings in the Barrel Room to receptions of up to 350 guests in the Event Center & Rooftop, with Blue Ridge Mountain views and a full stage with audio-visual equipment.
