Chef Stephen Finney has a diverse culinary background, ranging from learning at Bistrot Saveurs in Castres, France, to bringing his skills to Chicago. In 2015, Finney was promoted to lead line cook at Sociale, and afterwards to Sous Chef at Gather, where he worked under highly regarded Chef Ken Carter.
