The property centers on an adobe hacienda designed by architect Josiah Joesler in the 1940s — originally built for the Ronstadt family and later owned by Hollywood producer Arthur Loew Jr., whose guests included Elizabeth Taylor and John Wayne. Today, the Loew family has spent three decades cultivating the surrounding 10 acres into showcase gardens of roses, hollyhocks, iris, and towering mesquite and mulberry trees. The farm hosts one event per day on its 63 acres, providing full exclusive use from 9:30 AM onward with no neighboring properties or sound ordinances.
