The facility features designated lap lanes, a diving board, and a shallow end, and hosts adult and youth aquatic programming throughout the season. Two event rental options are available for private gatherings. The Party Pad is a shaded outdoor space that accommodates up to 30 guests for 2.5-hour daytime rentals. For larger occasions, after-hours pool rentals provide exclusive access to the full facility — including lifeguard staff, an audio system, tables and chairs, and restroom facilities — for groups of 1 to 250 guests. The Cheyenne Cañon Inn is a Mission-style historic mansion at the entrance to North Cheyenne Cañon in Colorado Springs. Over the decades the property served various purposes before John and Barbara Starr restored it to its lodging roots in 1993, giving it its current name. The Preserve at Bingham Hill is a multi-use event property set in the countryside northwest of Fort Collins, Colorado, on land the Pope family has owned since 1965. Randy and Sheryl Pope personally developed the property into what it is today: a 4,500-square-foot indoor Event Center surrounded by a series of distinctive outdoor settings that draw on the natural features of the site — waterfalls, a trickling creek, a pond, mature evergreens, and Colorado red rock. The property offers couples and event hosts several distinct spaces to work with. The Event Center seats up to 200 guests for indoor receptions and includes a full catering kitchen, restrooms, and changing rooms. Outside, the venue's sandy Beach backs up to a flowing waterfall, The Gazebo sits over a quiet pond ringed with flowers, a vine-covered Covered Bridge winds beneath a canopy of trees, and the open Backyard provides a flexible lawn setting for ceremonies or receptions.
