It wasn't long before he was training under James Beard Award-winning chefs and running his own restaurants in Connecticut, New York, and the Atlanta region of Georgia. Gourmet restaurant Grana is directly inspired by the powerful southern Italian cooking of his family's matriarchs, which is why Chef Pat chose this location for his latest culinary venture.
