Built in the mid-1800s, the two-story adobe structure served as the headquarters of a sprawling cattle and sheep ranch before evolving through generations of California history. Today, the 4.74-acre property holds Local, State, and National Historic Landmark designations, offering a setting shaped by centuries of California heritage. The grounds — designed by landscape architect Ralph D. Cornell in the 1930s — feature four distinct outdoor and semi-indoor event spaces, from the expansive Backyard with its 150-year-old Moreton Bay Fig tree and Italian Cypresses to the intimate Inner Courtyard centered on a reflecting pond.     Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook is a 58-acre California State Park perched at 420 feet elevation in Culver City, southwest of downtown Los Angeles. From the summit, panoramic views sweep across the Los Angeles Basin, the Pacific Ocean, the Santa Monica and San Gabriel Mountains, and the Palos Verdes Peninsula — a setting that makes it one of the most distinctive event venues in the region. The park's Visitor Center houses a glass-and-concrete pavilion, a native plant garden, a Skyline Terrace, a small theater, and a conference room — collectively accommodating gatherings from intimate meetings to receptions of up to 200 guests. The Pavilion and its adjacent outdoor spaces are available for weddings, corporate retreats, educational events, and cultural celebrations. Rentals include tables, chairs, and on-site parking. All food service must be provided by a licensed caterer, and the facility is fully accessible.     Cabrillo Beach Bath House is a historic Mediterranean-style bathhouse built in 1932 on the shore of Cabrillo Beach in San Pedro, Los Angeles. Originally constructed as the last major bathhouse in Southern California, the 26,000-square-foot landmark was fully restored in 2002 and is now operated by the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks as a special event venue. The bathhouse offers an upstairs ballroom with vaulted ceilings, a hardwood dance floor, and windows that let in natural light, alongside an outdoor patio overlooking the ocean. Together the spaces accommodate up to 200 guests for weddings, receptions, quinceañeras, birthday celebrations, and business meetings — with capacity of 150 when the dance floor is in use.
