    The White Eagle Banquet & Conference Center sits on more than 100 acres along the shores of Lake Moraine in southern Madison County, near Hamilton, New York. Established as a lodge by the American Management Association in 1955 and named for the Iroquois chief Sadakanahtie, the property has spent two decades under its current ownership hosting guests in a relaxing, retreat-style setting built for reflection, creativity, and teamwork. The center pairs its natural lakeside surroundings with facilities suited to a wide range of gatherings, from weddings and holiday parties to corporate meetings and group retreats. Two banquet and conference rooms accommodate everything from small receptions to large dinners and award ceremonies, supported by full in-house catering. Couples can exchange vows lakeside as the setting sun reflects off the water or in the gazebo backed by the property's classic buildings. Overnight guests stay in 51 lakeside cabin guestrooms accommodating up to 99 people, making the center a self-contained destination for multi-day events. It is easily reached from Syracuse, Utica, and Binghamton.

    Opened in 1927 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Hotel Saranac is a fully restored historic property situated in Saranac Lake, in the heart of the Adirondacks. A complete renovation completed in 2018 preserved the hotel's architectural character — wood-beamed ceilings, arched windows, and ornate chandeliers — while updating the property to modern hospitality standards. The Grand Ballroom accommodates up to 200 guests for seated events and is distinguished by sweeping arched windows, a herringbone wood floor, and ornate chandeliers. The Great Hall features a cozy fireplace and a full bar, with access to an outdoor terrace — a combination well suited to cocktail receptions and pre-dinner gatherings. Smaller celebrations find a home in the Ember, Oak, and Paul Smiths Rooms, each accommodating up to 24 guests for rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, and intimate luncheons. Hotel Saranac is part of Hilton's Hotel Collection and provides state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment across its event spaces. On-site guest accommodations are available for attendees traveling from out of town.
