The vessel features two fully enclosed, climate-controlled decks plus an open-air sky deck that offers panoramic views of the Chicago skyline from the water. An elegant lower dining deck and an upper cocktail lounge deck serve as the primary event areas, while a rooftop deck provides additional outdoor seating with city views. City Cruises provides chef-prepared menus and full bar service for all on-board events, with customizable packages available for weddings, corporate gatherings, birthday parties, and other private occasions.

The National Museum of Dance and Hall of Fame occupies the former Washington Bath House in Saratoga Spa State Park — a Beaux Arts building constructed in 1918 and restored to serve as the only museum in the nation dedicated to American professional dance. Founded in 1986, the museum's galleries document the full arc of American dance through photographs, artifacts, costumes, and archives, anchored by the Mr. & Mrs. Cornelius Vanderbilt Whitney Hall of Fame. For private events, the museum's beaux arts Foyer — lined with crystal chandeliers and original architectural details — accommodates receptions and ceremonies alongside the rotating fine art series, Art in the Foyer. The light and airy Southeast Gallery offers a quieter setting for cocktail hours, intimate ceremonies, or smaller receptions. The private courtyard provides an outdoor backdrop for tented events. The Mr. and Mrs. Ronald A. Riggi Theater, a 45-seat black box theater in the northwest wing, is available for residencies, rehearsal space, and private screenings or performances. An on-site kitchen is available; clients may select their own caterer.

There are no Cocktail Hall hours on Fridays from 7pm to 10pm or Saturdays from 9am to 12pm (except on holidays). Outside catering is not permitted due to the presence of an in-house caterer in the facility. Ridgemont Country Club

Ridgemont Country Club is a private golf and social club on Rochester's northwest side, open to the public for weddings, meetings, and special events. The property at 3717 West Ridge Road has a history stretching back to an 1855 family farm; the golf course was established in 1923 and remains the only private course in this part of the city. The club's facilities include an 18-hole golf course, a dining room wing added in 1961 with views of the pool and surrounding grounds, and a clubhouse that preserves the character of the original 1840s mansion on the property. In 2013, member Jim Cucinelli acquired the club's assets and has since overseen ongoing improvements to the facility.
