The venue offers more than 10,000 square feet of versatile indoor space alongside expansive outdoor grounds with front and back lawns and a one-mile trail with an amphitheater. The Sauber Gallery, spanning more than 5,000 square feet, accommodates up to 250 guests for dining and dancing, while The Loft on the second floor seats up to 150 and divides into two rooms for flexible configurations. The Cuyahoga County Fair has gathered Greater Clevelanders in Berea, Ohio since 1893, when it began as the West Cuyahoga County Fair. The fair has been held nearly every year since, pausing only during the depths of the Depression and World War II, and has grown from an original 60 acres to the 117-acre fairgrounds it occupies today. An early advertising promise to "bring together the best of everything" still shapes the event, which blends its agricultural roots with modern midway entertainment, live music, fireworks, and grandstand shows. Beyond fair week, the grounds function as a year-round venue for private and community events. With 50,000 square feet of indoor exhibit space spread across buildings like the Olde Barn Pavilion, the Multi-Purpose Building, and the Museum Building, plus outdoor areas such as the North and South Quadrangles and a Gazebo, the fairgrounds can accommodate gatherings ranging from small family occasions to large-scale events. Parking for up to 7,500 vehicles and a location within a mile of Interstate 71 make the site easy to reach for guests coming from across Northeast Ohio.
