The banquet hall is owned and operated by the Columbus Club Association of San Antonio, an independent group of Catholic men whose mission is to support charitable organizations. The venue offers a range of spaces suited to different scales of celebration. The Entire Hall, lit by hanging chandeliers and anchored by a raised stage, accommodates 400 to 500 guests for large wedding receptions and galas. Within it, the Columbus Room seats 140 to 175 guests for a grand reception, while the more intimate Christopher Room, seating fewer than 130, is set up for a romantic indoor ceremony. A pre-function area with a wooden bar and comfortable couches gives guests a place to gather before the main event. Rentals include a 13-hour period covering decoration, vendor setup, and event time, along with mandatory on-site security.
