Employees Only
510 Hudson St, New York, NY 10014, USA- 1 Restaurant
Employees Only is New York City’s inimitable speakeasy located in the heart of the West Village. The restaurant and bar was opened by five industry friends in 2004. It is driven by an innate inclination for hospitality and a core principle that one can enjoy flawlessly executed cocktails and delicious, elevated food in a beautiful space. Twelve years later, this same vision remains intact. In addition to a world class bar program whose acceptance is coveted by aspiring bartenders around the globe, Employees Only has gained a voracious and loyal following for the mysterious, convivial and hospitable ambiance—as well as the esteemed New American fare, distinguished by subtle Eastern European touches that reflect executive chef Julia Jaksic’s Croatian heritage. The bar has created industry classics out of its pioneering drink list, including their famed twist on the Manhattan, the seasonally adapted Ginger Smash, the Amelia, and various others. Meanwhile, the kitchen continues to serve dedicated favorites like its Hand Cut Steak Tartare, Bone Marrow Poppers, Skate Paprikás and satisfying late night foods. The restaurant reflects an old world vibe through its art deco accents like overhead luggage racks and backlit paintings and is curiously tucked behind a fortune teller’s lair. Upon arrival past this mysterious foyer, guests revel around a sensual curving bar and throughout an alluring back dining room. Employees Only has been honored with Spirited Awards for “Best American Bar Team,” “World’s Best Cocktail Bar” and “World’s Best Drinks Selection” by Tales of the Cocktail, as well as the #4 spot on Drinks International’s “World’s 50 Best Bars” list in 2015. - 1 Museum
- 1 Landmark
The Merchant's House Museum is New York City's only family home to survive intact — inside and out — from the 19th century. Built in 1832 in the late-Federal and Greek Revival style, the Manhattan rowhouse carries triple landmark designation at the federal, state, and city levels, including National Historic Landmark status since 1966. It was the first building designated under New York City's 1965 Landmarks Preservation Law and remains one of only six residential interior landmarks in the city. The Tredwell family occupied the residence from 1835 until 1933, and more than 3,000 of their original belongings remain in place. The museum is also recognized as Manhattan's only documented site of the Underground Railroad open to the public. For private events, the venue accommodates up to 30 guests for intimate wedding ceremonies, garden elopements, and engagement photography sessions. The 19th-century rear garden serves as the primary ceremony setting; the Greek Revival double parlor and 1850s kitchen provide indoor alternatives when weather requires.

Bk Backyard
86 N 11th St, Brooklyn, NY 11249, USA- 1 Outdoor
A few months into the COVID-19 pandemic, Jarrod Fox and Taylor Lintz decided they wanted to bring back the joy of entertainment that the Williamsburg community was lacking. Taking inspiration from an outdoor movie theater, Jarrod figured if people can get together and socially distance themselves to watch a movie, he could find a way to make the same thing happen with a bar. His idea, TailGate Outdoor Sports Bar, grew larger as he approached a number of venues with the concept. Taylor then quit her full-time day job to take over operations and help invest in the bar, and the rest is history. TailGate Outdoor Sports Bar was made with COVID-19 in mind to create a one-of-a-kind bar and entertainment experience. Each table fits up to 10 guests, has its own heater if needed, a 65 inch TV, a QR Code for contactless food and beverage orders, and a hand sanitizing station. Parties sit 7-8 feet apart or have plexiglass to keep a safe distance while enjoying live music, sports, food, and drinks. Jarrod and Taylor have put a strong emphasis on being inclusive: whether it be a drag show or football game, TailGate is dedicated to hosting as many fun events as they can for anyone to enjoy. As said best by Jarrod and Taylor, “Bk Backyard is an entertainment venue first and sports bar second”. Jarrod and Taylor have been dating for about 2 years and have a cute little dog named Basil, who you will see running around the bar. If you see her, please give her belly rubs, she loves them! And feel free to bring your dogs as well, the bar is called TailGate for a reason!

Il Buco
47 Bond St, New York, NY 10012, USA- Spaces for 70 Guests
Enjoy a meal with us in New York City, Amagansett, or Ibiza, and browse through our Mediterranean pantry and home collection. When il Buco first opened its doors in 1994 as a rustic antique store on NoHo's cobblestoned Bond Street, the restaurant quickly rose to become one of the city's most beloved destinations. Donna Lennard and her then-partner, Italian-born restaurateur Alberto Avalle, were pioneers on Bond Street when they invited their antique customers to join them for their midday "pranzo" before obtaining a wine and beer license and developing an eclectic Mediterranean menu that was equal parts Italian, Spanish, and invention, and dedicated to sourcing the finest prime ingredients both locally and in Avalle's home country of Italy. The culinary philosophy of il Buco is firmly rooted in the Italian tradition of seasonality and the integrity of all of the ingredients used in the restaurant. Our cuisine is influenced by both the motherland of Italy and the Iberian Peninsula. We spend a significant amount of time sourcing ingredients and take great pleasure in working with our producers to ensure that you receive the highest quality product possible. What we can't find locally, we source in Italy through a network of family and friends that we've built up over the course of a lifetime of traveling.

Charlie Bird is a fun neighborhood restaurant located in Soho, NYC and offering an Italian-inspired, American-executed menu developed by Chef Ryan Hardy. Theo Lieberman oversees the wine program, a list featuring an exceptional selection of vintages and delicious wines. Charlie Bird is rooted in all things New York - from the brick and mortar walls that date back to 1880, to a kitchen that only sources local ingredients for the menu, to the hip hop-inspired art that covers the walls. The menu reflects Chef and Co-owner Ryan Hardy’s thoughtful interpretation of what he describes as a nod to Italian cuisine, influenced by his passion for making cheese, curing meats, digging for clams, diving for urchin, farming produce and crafting handmade pasta. Co-owner Robert Bohr and Wine Director Grant Reynolds developed the wine list, which offers a small but compelling array of bottles. The 60-seat space is decidedly NY, manifesting an understated modern aesthetic designed to offer amazing food in an ambiance that is both sophisticated and approachable. The Private Dining Room at Charlie Bird can accommodate up to 14 diners, providing New Yorkers renting this venue with something that they rarely get: isolation. Tucked away, the private dining room includes a handcrafted, custom-built walnut table and bespoke chairs made of vintage fabric. Exposed brick walls, clean wood lines and beautiful lighting fixtures compliment the aesthetics of the main dining room.
