The Delafield Brewhaus has been an award-winning restaurant and brewery since 1999, serving in-house brewed craft beers alongside a menu of original dishes from its location in Wisconsin's Lake Country, roughly midway between Milwaukee and Madison. Beyond the restaurant, the Brewhaus operates as a full banquet facility, beer garden, and events venue. Private events can be held in the Banquet Facility, which accommodates up to 200 guests, or in the Mezzanine, which holds up to 80. Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary is a 535-acre urban wildlife refuge in Green Bay, Wisconsin, the largest park in the city's park system and home to the state's largest wildlife rehabilitation program. Established in 1936, the sanctuary combines live animal exhibits, educational displays, and miles of hiking trails with event spaces set inside its wooded grounds. The building's tamarack log construction and 2,500-square-foot solid maple dance floor date back to its earliest days as a Big Band-era hall, when acts including Jerry Lee Lewis, Chubby Checker, and Bobby Vee once played its stage. Renamed Memories in 1995 after passing through several owners, the venue keeps its rustic, "rustically elegant" character today, pairing the original hardwood floor and log ceiling with twin stone fireplaces.
