Meadow Ridge Farm was founded in the late 19th century by a Manhattan-based financier who commuted by boat to the property’s river beachfront. Covering 100 acres alongside the Hudson, with views of the Berkshire and Catskill mountain ranges that define the Hudson Valley, the farm features meadows of golden grain, woods of black walnut, oak and pine trees, landscaped natural streams and a pond. Its gardens and allées of red maple trees give the farm four seasons of brilliant color and natural charm. The property offers multiple ceremony locations, including a beautiful wooded glade surrounded by towering trees and the Hudson River just beyond where you take your vows. The Farm’s original English-Dutch style dairy barn, one of the largest of its kind in the northeast, has been meticulously restored and lavishly updated to create an ideal event venue with seating for up to 300 people. The Lodge is a perfect location for a dream wedding! With a reputation for exceptional hospitality we offer affordable wedding packages, delicious food and a staff that goes above and beyond to make your day special! The Lodge features beautifully inlaid cedar walls, oak and pecan floors, and picturesque outdoor landscaping. Intimate weddings or rehearsal dinners can be hosted inside, and large wedding receptions can be held in our outdoor tented area. Both the inside of The Lodge and the Tent are engaged for the larger weddings. Our wedding tent features a wood plank stamped concrete floor, a white tent ceiling liner, lighting and window pane tent sides. Our beautifully appointed hotel ballroom offers over 3,000 square feet of customizable space. Also available for use is the charming outdoor terrace with fire pit and outdoor veranda located just off the main ballroom. The main ballroom provides a distinct design, featuring fourteen foot high coffered ceilings, rich finishes and woodwork, custom-designed light fixtures, and a broad expanse of French doors and windows providing beautiful views and direct access to the outdoor veranda. Revolution Hall is Brown's Brewing Company's dedicated private event building at 425 River Street in Troy, New York. The centerpiece is a two-tiered beer hall with full bar service, accommodating 65 to 250 guests for weddings, receptions, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations. Food and beverage are led by Brown's Chef Nigel, and the venue has earned the WeddingWire Couples' Choice Award in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2022. Two additional spaces round out the building. The Nest is a light-filled room with views of the Hudson River, available as an add-on to Revolution Hall for wedding parties getting ready or as a cocktail hour overflow space, accommodating up to 35 guests. The Malt Room offers a self-contained speakeasy atmosphere anchored by a copper bar with wood accents, suited for private gatherings of 35 to 75 guests.

Birch Hill Estate features two ballrooms and three covered pavilions set amid manicured grounds, while Stablegate Farm & Vineyard brings a 19th-century Dutch barn, a Lodge for intimate gatherings, and multiple outdoor spaces with views of the Catskill Mountains. Both locations are in Castleton-on-Hudson, NY. The culinary program is built on made-from-scratch cooking with locally inspired ingredients, led by an on-site chef. Each event includes complimentary coordination services, and customizable packages extend to rehearsal dinners, farewell brunches, and off-premise catering across the region.

Cornells in Little Italy has been a fixture in Schenectady's Little Italy neighborhood since 1943, rooted in generations of Italian culinary tradition. The venue welcomes private banquets and events, with Monday through Thursday reserved exclusively for private gatherings. On Friday through Sunday evenings, Cornells opens for regular dining service from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

The Stockade Inn is a boutique hotel and event venue housed in a landmark building that dates to 1814 in Schenectady's Stockade Historic District, one of the oldest continuously inhabited neighborhoods in the United States. Originally constructed as the Mohawk Bank, the structure survived the devastating fire of 1819 that consumed much of the surrounding area. Over the following two centuries it served as a private residence, an educational facility, and — for nearly a century — The Mohawk Club, a prestigious social establishment that counted more than 600 members drawn from the national business community at its peak. Acquired by Urban Initiatives Group in 2020, the property has been restored to blend its original historic character with modern amenities. The inn sits just steps from the Mohawk River. Its event spaces carry the building's architectural heritage throughout: a ceremony room featuring vaulted ceilings and a period fireplace, a ballroom finished with wooden accents and antique chandeliers, and a wooden bar suited to cocktail receptions. Outdoor grounds are available for photography and open-air receptions. The venue hosts weddings, corporate retreats, private dinners, anniversaries, and a range of social celebrations.

The property includes 8 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, 3 deluxe guest suites, 5 fireplaces, an in-ground pool, full gym, library, and game room, alongside a 3-story party barn and a sweeping 10-acre front lawn. Hilltown Commons is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit retreat and arts campus set on 100 acres in the historic village of Rensselaerville, in New York's Upper Hudson Valley — roughly 2.5 hours from New York City and 45 minutes from Albany. The campus traces its roots to 1924, when Laura Talmage Huyck opened her home to host "Country Forums on Human Relations," and has evolved through a century of programming centered on dialogue, learning, and community. The Guggenheim Pavilion anchors the campus with a fully A/V-equipped 180-seat auditorium, a renovated gallery, two large meeting rooms, a grand piano, and a dozen private offices available individually or as a package. The Pub occupies the Huyck family's original carriage house and seats up to 120 guests, serving chef-driven seasonal menus alongside natural wines, local beers, and specialty cocktails. Five heritage residences accommodate up to 75 overnight guests across 50 rooms, and the surrounding 100-acre grounds — with lawns, fire pits, and access to Lake Myosotis and 2,000 acres of trails — support outdoor gatherings of all kinds. Chef-driven meal packages featuring locally sourced Hudson Valley ingredients are included with most stays. Full and partial campus buyouts are available for team offsites, workshops, artist residencies, and private events.

Nestled on 120 acres of preserved farmland in New York's upper Hudson River Valley, Historic Barns of Nipmoose is a restored agricultural compound built around three timber-framed barns — the Scottish Barn, the German Barn, and the Corn Crib. The property, owned by The Persistence Foundation, takes its name from Nipmoose Creek, which runs along the farm's border, and is managed as working conservation land cultivated by a local farm family. The Scottish Barn spans 1,800 square feet and accommodates up to 180 seated or 230 standing guests; the German Barn, at 1,380 square feet, seats up to 106 or holds 150 for a cocktail reception. Both barns are handicap accessible and fitted with event lighting. The German Barn also features a lower-level private dressing suite. The Corn Crib serves as a decorative focal point for memorabilia displays, photo booths, and guest book stations. Outdoor ceremony space is included in every rental, with the Aspen grove near the Corn Crib among the most popular locations on the grounds. The venue operates seasonally from mid-May through mid-October, hosts only one wedding per weekend, and welcomes renters' choice of vendors. On-site staff remain present throughout setup, the event, and breakdown.
