When our culinary and photographic services are combined, we can provide a complete turnkey solution for any special event or occasion. The antique hardwood floors and 15-foot brick walls of the venue provide as a stunning background for any theme or event. Two 8-foot butcher block top bars, two 12-foot butcher block top buffet tables, lantern centerpieces, cocktail tables and round and rectangular tables are included in the main room's 110-by-40-foot footprint. Our ceiling and wall string lights provide a romantic ambiance that would complement any theme, and our color changing spot lights and accent pin spot lights are included with all of our rentals to further enhance the romantic ambiance.   The Surrey House is a big historic residence that was constructed around 1910. It has withstood a century of tornadoes, fires, and other natural calamities to become one of the most well-known wedding venues in the North Dallas community. A complete renovation of the facility was carried out in 1998, and a partial renovation was carried out in 2011. Just a few blocks south of the old town center and the magnificently renovated county courthouse, you'll find this stunning residence in McKinney's historic area. Behind the main home is a big deck that overlooks the rear yard and a wedding gazebo that was expressly created for the occasion. Brides and bridesmaids can get ready for their special moments in the bridal cottage, which is located at the southern end of the backyard on the south side. It is possible to host events of up to 150 people in the Surrey House and its surrounding grounds. If an event, such as a reception, is to be held solely within the Surrey House, the maximum number of attendees is 100 people. Indoor seated weddings are limited to a maximum of 100 people.
