  The 1899 Farmhouse is surrounded by a lush forest and acres of rustic countryside, creating a stunning backdrop for your outdoor wedding. Built in 1899 in McKinney, Texas, the historic, antique farmhouse was moved to its current 11-acre location in 1979. Richard and Shea Lyn bought the historic house and land in 2008 and turned it into Texas' most unusual wedding venue. The farmhouse has been set aside for the bridal party, with a lovely bridal suite and lots of space for the ladies to rest and prepare for the big day. Just behind the house, a 6,000 square foot rustic-elegant reception pavilion sits next to a beautifully groomed lawn and white gazebo. A roomy and rustic groom's chamber with comfortable seats and a TV is located within the pavilion. In March of 2009, the Farmhouse's front porch hosted the very first wedding. Hundreds of couples have taken their vows at numerous ceremony venues throughout the property since then, enjoying the tranquil country atmosphere.   Celebrate your big day in the historic Frisco Heritage Village in North Texas' Frisco, Texas. Let's get started on your trip together. It is customary to do your wedding rehearsal at the Chapel the night before your wedding day. Your big day has finally arrived, and it is customary for everyone in the wedding party to gather at the Crozier Bridal House to begin the festivities. It consists of the full downstairs bridal suite, as well as the kitchen, baths, living room, and dining area. There is plenty of space for a luncheon, dressing and cosmetics, as well as gathering places for your personal family members. Upon arrival at the Chapel, the bridal party is taken to the altar. The ceremony will commence shortly after. The priest, the bride, and the groomsmen make their way to the front of the Chapel.   The ranch was purchased in 2014, and the owners first totally restored the white ranch home before building the three-story barn in 2015. The RoseMary Barn was then renovated from a dilapidated 1970s pole barn at the property's back to the lovely white venue it is today. The RoseMary Barn takes its name from the proprietor's mother. The RoseMary Barn is a stunning all-white event and wedding location located about 5 miles from Historic Downtown Mckinney and hotels. White shiplap is used to build the inside walls and ceilings. The venue features a large bridal suite with h/m stations, cable tv+mini fridge, a masculine grooms cabin with cable tv/hook ups for a gaming center+mini fridge, a large outdoor ceremony space shaded by mature trees, a large covered porch for cocktail hour, a bar kitchen for the bartenders, a large catering prep kitchen, and a 40x32 covered pavilion that can be used for a wedding reception. We have a generator in case of power shortages, and we are Uber-friendly, allowing cars to stay overnight if Uber service is required. For our booked wedding groups and/or families, we have on-site over night accommodations in addition to the venue. This two-story barndominium has a cool modern feel to it. It includes a white shiplap kitchen with open cabinetry, gold lights, and a beautiful modern farmhouse vibe. It features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two living areas. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, bedroom #3 has two queen beds, and bedroom #4 has two queen beds.
