NESTLED ON 12 ACRES IN THE QUAINT TOWN OF NEW HILL, THE BRADFORD WAS INTENTIONALLY DESIGNED TO EMBRACE THE COUNTRYSIDE OF EUROPE WHILE EMBODYING THE SERENITY OF HOME. IT IS A PLACE WHERE EFFORTLESS ELEGANCE MEETS APPROACHABLE LUXURY. AN EVENT AT THE BRADFORD IS NOT JUST A DAY OR A SINGLE MOMENT. IT IS A UNIQUELY TAILORED EXPERIENCE. The Bradford began on a paper napkin during lunch at Bear Rock Cafe while planning Dana's wedding. I know it sounds like every other venue start up...but that's really how it happened! Our original sketch looked something like a warehouse - nothing like our plans today. We decided then that if we were going to open a venue we should really learn more about the event planning process from a planner's perspective not just a bride's. Thus C and D began! After 6 years of planning events, we decided that we were ready to pursue our first dream of opening a venue. We searched high and low for the perfect piece of property (one that had enough space and perk was rather difficult to find). We eventually stumbled upon this little gem in New Hill and started the process of seeing if it would fit our needs. It took us 6 months to purchase, and go through the right avenues with county, 1 year to get financing, and in 2013 we started building! Our first event was August of 2014 and as they say, the rest is history! A lot of people ask if this was a historic home, or a family home - and the answer is no! We just built it to look old and historic. We put every thing we owned into this property and took a massive leap of faith- and we are so grateful we did! We love hosting events and love seeing our clients get married here and have the most perfect day. It is truly our dream job and we are so grateful for all the clients past and present that fell in the love with the property much like we did. WE CAN’T WAIT TO MEET YOU AND HOST YOUR PERFECT EVENT!

In 2015, O.A. “Buddy” Keller broke ground on Oakland’s Barn venue to create the perfect space for his oldest granddaughter's wedding. On October 10, 2015, Oakland welcomed its first guests through the barn doors for a perfect fall evening they’d remember forever. The Mayton is a 44-room boutique hotel in downtown Cary, North Carolina, positioned alongside Downtown Cary Park. The property offers six dedicated event spaces suited to gatherings of all scales — from intimate private dinners to receptions of up to 150 guests — with catering provided by the in-house Peck & Plume restaurant throughout. The Terrace, elevated 14 feet above street level, delivers panoramic views of the park and features a retractable awning and built-in sound system, accommodating 70 seated or 150 for cocktail receptions. Goels Plaza & Conference Center is a full-service banquet and conference facility in Morrisville, North Carolina, constructed in 2004 and recognized as the largest privately owned banquet facility in North Carolina. Spanning over 20,000 square feet of event space, the venue features five separate ballrooms that collectively accommodate groups of 50 to 1,000 guests — making it well-suited for events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations.
