Round and rectangle tables are available for use as well as folding chairs; however dishes, glassware and linens are not provided. The Clubhouse has ample parking and is wheelchair-accessible with ramps to the building entrance and an elevator. In accordance with City of Bellevue noise ordinances, the Club and Bellevue Police enforce a 10:00 PM ending time for all music on weeknights and 11:00 PM on weekends.

The Hood Canal Vista Pavilion, which overlooks the Hood Canal and provides breathtaking panoramic water views as well as spectacular sunsets over the canal, is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens. In the Pavilion, a stone fireplace that extends from floor to ceiling is situated opposite an abundance of windows that overlook lush seasonal gardens. On the other side of the house, six sets of French doors open onto a slate patio and an expansive grassy bluff right on the Hood Canal's shores. During the spring and summer months, an adjacent tented terrace can be used for a reception, dance floor, and/or cocktail hour, providing an additional space for guests. St. Paul's Church, which sits on a sloping grass bluff overlooking the waters of Port Gamble Bay and was built in 1879, is a historic landmark. It is based on a church in the Maine hometown of Port Gamble's founders, who were born and raised there. The church, which has been painstakingly restored, features eight cathedral stained glass windows, original pews, and a domed altar area. The picturesque church has quickly risen to the top of the list of most photographed places in the area. As a wedding couple is pronounced married, they are thrilled to hear the church bell ringing in the steeple, which is housed in the steeple. The newly remodeled downstairs reception or dressing area leads outside to a waterfront terrace, which is ideal for small receptions and gatherings with friends and family.

Across the street from Redondo Beach sits a small blue gazebo with sweeping views of the water. A cement patio wraps around it, and just beside it, a circular brick patio connects by a red brick walkway. The surrounding park gives guests room to spread out: a wide grass commons, five picnic tables, two BBQ grills, a half-court basketball area, a playground, and a rose garden. Built in 1939, the Des Moines Field House is the only full log cabin in King County, set within Des Moines Beach Park between Puget Sound and the surrounding forest, about fifteen minutes south of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Its rustic log-cabin architecture — exposed beams, maple flooring, and a floor-to-ceiling cut-stone fireplace — gives the building a distinctive, historic character that has carried generations of celebrations. The Field House Gym anchors the space: a 4,000-square-foot hall that seats up to 150 guests and includes a 19-by-16-foot stage along with banquet tables and chairs. It suits weddings, elopements, banquets, receptions, fundraisers, and company events, with green space surrounding the building for gatherings that extend outdoors. Limited onsite and street parking is available. Part of the Beach Park Event Center, the Field House pairs its historic setting with the flexibility to host both formal receptions and casual celebrations.

It was no surprise when Houdini hurled the deck of cards to the ceiling, but no one anticipated one of the cards to become stuck to a beam. The Ace of Spades, on the other hand, did. It was the exact card that Houdini's host had selected from the deck and inserted just before Houdini launched them into the air before they were able to catch their breath. In honor of the host, C.D Stimson, a prominent member of Seattle's early business and social communities, the card was kept on display in his home for the following twenty years. Willows Lodge was his hunting camp, and it was where he spent much of his time. The Stimsons, as well as numerous other prominent families from Seattle, had country estates in the valley near the current location of Willows Lodge. They reportedly partied, relaxed, hunted ducks, and created substantial business concepts on a regular basis, according to reports. It felt appropriate to carry on the name and spirit of the old Willows Lodge with the new Willows Lodge. An extensive photo collection at the hotel's special event room depicts the early years of the valley's development. Although the current Lodge, which opened in September 2000, is open to the public and guests are more frequently looking for a nice bottle of wine than a duck, it remains a "country place" committed to superb meals, a warm fire, relaxation, romance, and inspiring business deals, among other things. Redhook Brewlab’s concept is an intersection of Seattle history and culture, a place where the city’s eclectic influences mix – art, science, brewing, food, and music. Housed within the Pike Motorworks Building, Brewlab’s space is an open modern brewery and pub concept with an abundance of natural light. A focal point inside the brewpub is a custom mural by Grammy-nominated Seattle illustrator and Sub Pop Records Art Director Sasha Barr. The mural, which spans 14’ x 18’ on the wall near the front bar, is a colorful visual collage combining the city environment, people, beer, Seattle architecture, and elements from the Capitol Hill neighborhood. Large patios in the front and back of the space increase the seating capacity from 171 to 258, making the Redhook Brewlab’s total outdoor patio space the largest in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. The back patio features two firepits for a cozy beer drinking experience, and both patios will be open as weather allows.

Covington Cellars began as a hobby in a garage in Covington, Washington, before its founders, Cindy and David, turned their passion for winemaking into a business in 2002. The winery later relocated production to Woodinville, becoming the 19th winery to open in what has grown into a major wine destination. Its Woodinville tasting room sits in the Artisan Hill District, alongside a related tasting room in nearby Maltby, where the wine is produced. The Woodinville location offers two settings for private gatherings: a cozy space suited to smaller groups of 10 to 25 guests, and a larger space that can hold up to 120, with room for live music. A commercial kitchen on site allows for easy food service, and an optional kids' play space is available, making the venue workable for birthdays, engagements, anniversaries, corporate retreats, and wine club celebrations alike. On-premise chefs are on hand to help design a menu for private events. Covington Cellars also hosts a recurring lineup of Friday evening live music nights in Woodinville, pairing wine and food with local bands.

Gig Harbor Yacht Club has been part of the South Sound boating community since 1958, when it began as a small group of charter members meeting above Gig Harbor's waterfront. Today the club's clubhouse sits in downtown Gig Harbor with a view of the bay from its outdoor deck, and it opens its doors to members and non-members alike for private events. The clubhouse offers an open floor plan that hosts can decorate to fit their occasion, with capacity for 150 to 200 guests depending on the event configuration. Weddings, birthdays, meetings, and other special and casual occasions all take place here, supported by round and rectangular tables, chairs, a state-of-the-art AV system with a 75-inch flat screen and overhead projection, and an in-house chef and catering team. The entire venue is handicap accessible, with plenty of free parking and easy access to nearby downtown marinas, parks, and lodging.
