It was purchased in 2012 with the intention of bringing the historic Downtown Tacoma post office building back to life. The building is 72,000 square feet in size. We have worked in close collaboration with local business owners, creatives, entrepreneurs, artists, and artisans to create a space that is an authentic destination in Downtown Tacoma for both working and taking pleasure in the arts and cultural activities. The growth in occupancy of the building has allowed us to witness the realization of our vision, which has manifested itself in thriving tenants, people enjoying open-air cocktails, and wedding procession. Please come to 1102 South A street, where we hope you will enjoy the diverse community that we have created here. The Ballroom, which was originally a Federal courtroom, was completely renovated in 2015 with your event in mind. With its high ceilings, state-of-the-art LED lighting, and breathtaking views of downtown Tacoma and Mount Rainier, the elegant 2,000 square foot room is sure to impress. Please take a look at our video tour and get in touch with Jessica Johnston if you have any further questions or to schedule an appointment. Once a post office warehouse, the Gallery was completely renovated in 2016 to become one of Downtown Tacoma's newest event venues. A large arch window, high ceilings, beautiful woodwork, dimmable LED chandeliers, and large arched windows distinguish this space. Hidden Meadows is an artistically built facility that possesses features of the wonderful landscape that surrounds it. It is located in the calm and picturesque valley of Snohomish, Washington. We've been in business for 12 years and are always learning what our venue need to improve events. Every year, we strive to develop in both minor and significant ways. Not only is the facility attractively designed, with its lovely environment, pleasant walks, and calm atmosphere, but it also has a fascinating history. Tim and Tracy Stocker's children represent the farm's sixth generation of Stockers. When the dairy industry did not appear to be promising, the family began to cultivate sod, often known as turf, years ago. This business was a success, but it left the family with idle barns and undeveloped land. Hidden Meadows arose from the old barns that formerly housed hundreds of dairy cows to the unique events venue it is today, thanks to Tracy Stocker's architectural vision, the cooperation and support of family and friends, and countless hours given to building. The Hidden Meadows facility is certainly a magical change, demonstrating that its blend of country setting and expressive design is an ideal recipe for a superb event atmosphere.

Beyond hosting private events, Stocker Farms operates as a working farm with seasonal attractions such as u-pick blueberries, sunflower fields, and a fall festival. It has been part of the Snohomish Valley since 1919, and that long history still shapes the rustic simplicity of the venue today.

    The Carey Gardens

    Snohomish, WA, USA

The Carey Gardens Wedding Venue and Event Center first opened its doors with a single, straightforward objective in mind... The goal here is to design a space that is both lovely and cozy, one that welcomes close friends, relatives, and acquaintances for the purpose of commemorating the significant moments of one's life. We believe that we have achieved the ideal combination of open space, tranquility, and charm that will make the experience of your guests nothing short of delightful. We make it a point to provide a diverse range of service packages, each of which is designed to make the process of organizing your large event significantly less stressful. Our former guests have informed us that the fact that other local venues did not offer the same level of individualized attention to their needs as we do at our wedding venue was the primary factor in their decision to reserve it for their big day. Our wedding venue services include the provision of tables, chairs, and linens; fire pits; wedding arches; decks for ceremonies at the water's edge; dance floors; LED bars; gazebos; flower beds; games to play outside; and more. The use of catering services is a fantastic way to impart a sense of individuality upon your special occasion. We are able to recommend local vendors who can fulfill all of your catering requirements, regardless of what those requirements may be.

Mount Rainier rises across the water while a mid-century lodge holds the shoreline of Lake Wilderness. Built in 1950 by the Seattle architectural firm Young & Richardson, Carlston & Detlie, the lodge earned an American Institute of Architects honor and a Washington State Design Award in 1952 for the way it steps into its sloped, lakefront site. The building traces back further still: an early-1900s homestead farm that the Jacobsen family opened to hunters and anglers grew into a trio of resorts through the 1920s, and by 1939 the expanded Gaffney's Grove drew as many as 9,000 visitors a day for baseball, tennis, a skating rink, and swimming beaches. King County designated the lodge a landmark in 1997 for its postwar Northwest architecture, and it took its current name in 2003. Today the lodge hosts up to 220 guests across its main floor, mezzanine, and lower level, with a warming kitchen, two changing rooms, a courtyard balcony, a covered patio, and a lawn included in the rental. A 12-by-12 dance floor, a sound system with Bluetooth and HDMI inputs, and wireless microphones come with the space. Renters bring their own caterer or self-cater, since the kitchen is licensed for warming and cold prep only. Weddings, receptions, banquets, and corporate gatherings all fill the calendar here, on grounds that have drawn crowds to this lakeshore since long before the lodge itself was built.

The Feather Ballroom is a historic event venue in downtown Snohomish, Washington, and one of the few remaining ballrooms on the West Coast. Built in 1906 by the Fraternal Order of Eagles, the space has hosted more than a century of celebrations beneath its ornate, embossed copper ceiling. A careful restoration preserved its original character — a rare sprung "floating" dance floor, original hardwood, period chandeliers and wall sconces, intricate tile work, and a grand staircase leading up to the ballroom — while adding modern amenities. Since 2021 it has been owned by twin sisters Lyndsay Lamb and Leslie Davis of Lamb & Co. The ballroom accommodates up to 300 guests, making it well suited to weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, proms, quinceañeras, and milestone celebrations. A professional catering kitchen and full-service bar support a wide range of catering, and an in-house sound system, wireless microphones, and drop-down projection screen are ready for presentations or dancing. Rentals run a generous twelve hours and follow an open-vendor policy, with a dedicated venue assistant on hand and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.
