At Little River, the Wildflower Barn is a historic, family owned barn that has been beautifully refurbished to host weddings and other events. All white painted barn with weathered white brick walls, traditional board and batten with original wood beams, and magnificent white chandeliers can be seen in our wedding reception venue. In addition to two outdoor wedding ceremony settings, an indoor ceremony option, and a covered outdoor cocktail area, we also have a beautiful view of the farm for you and your guests to take in all while celebrating your special day! As well as our in house caterer, we are pleased to provide bar packages, event tables, wooden cross back chairs, ceremony chairs, rentals, and wedding coordinating services to our clients and vendors. Here at Ivy & Oak, we've added a chic and elegant design that flows seamlessly from inside to outside. On the day of the wedding, we have a Bridal House where the bridal party can stay. A visit to this newly renovated 100-year-old farmhouse is a must for anyone interested in architecture. When it came to designing and decorating the Bridal House, we paid attention to every detail. There are modern and chic touches throughout the entire home, which you will enjoy. Wait until you see the Blue Room in person to believe it! You're going to adore it. We didn't forget about our grooms, either! You and your groomsmen are accommodated in a suite. Prior to the ceremony, our Barn and Bar will be open exclusively for you and your guests. Her dream home, which included a "people" barn, was completed several years ago. In the beginning, it served as a place of amusement and a batting cage. The barn was frequently utilized for gatherings of friends and family, such as birthday celebrations and wedding receptions. ​ Owner Wanda Blalock lives in Jasper with her husband Keith, who is also a co-owner. Sandy and Wanda became friends while working in the real estate industry together. It was after Keith and Wanda organized the marriage of their youngest daughter, which was hosted in Sandy's home, that they began to envision the creation of The Barn At Dunn Manor. Wanda and Sandy came to the conclusion that they should venture into a new venue together. The Barn at Dunn Manor first opened its doors to the public in October of that year. The Tate House is a historic pink marble mansion set on a 27-acre estate in Tate, Georgia, about 45 minutes north of Atlanta. Built in 1926 by Colonel Sam Tate, the Second Renaissance Revival estate is constructed throughout with rare Etowah Pink Marble quarried nearby, earning it the nickname the Pink Palace. The mansion's grand staircase, mural artwork, marble floors, ornate chandeliers, and numerous fireplaces create a backdrop that reads well in any season. The estate's 19,000 square feet of event space include a 4,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom with a 700-square-foot marble dance floor, a covered Pavilion, a Conservatory designed as a cocktail and evening dancing space, a Speakeasy bar, and three ceremony sites — the garden, the piazza, and the covered Pavilion. The garden terrace is set among six flowing fountains, centuries-old oak, pecan, and black walnut trees, and manicured statuary walks. Ceremonies accommodate up to 220 guests; the Grand Ballroom seats up to 180 for a dinner and dance reception. The Tate House provides all food and beverage through its in-house catering team and includes a two-story Bridal Cottage and a Groom's Cottage for day-of preparation.
