The property is designed around weddings and private celebrations, offering a dedicated outdoor ceremony site and a spacious open-air reception pavilion connected by a concrete walkway. The ceremony site centers on a 32-foot pergola with built-in seating for up to 200 guests, graded for clear sight lines and wired for sound and lighting. The adjacent Patio — an open-air structure with adjustable chandeliers, recessed lighting, eight ceiling fans, and patio heaters — accommodates up to 250 guests and also serves as a weather backup for ceremonies.
