The Claudette restaurant is named after Claudette Sammut, the 91 year-old mother of Guy Sammut, who with his wife Reine own two beautiful restaurants and a small hotel in Loumarin. Carlos stumbled upon the property on a sunny October afternoon and was so inspired by the beautiful setting, Reine’s food, Guy’s incredible warmth, and the Sammut family’s story, that he asked Guy – before dessert was even served – if they could name the restaurant after his mother. The Harold Pratt House was constructed in 1919 as one of New York's grand Park Avenue Mansions. The hidden gem of the Upper East Side - We are the perfect venue to host a wedding, private dinner, conference, holiday party, annual meeting or any other event. The House consists of six unique rooms connected by a majestic marble staircase. Each room features original chandeliers, fireplaces and views of Park Avenue. Our adjoining Peterson Hall can be used in conjunction with the House to accommodate larger guest counts and features the latest in state-of-the-art audio and visual technology including a 22-foot LCD customizable video wall, a professional stage with furniture and full production lighting. The Bar Room represents a relaxed extension of The Dining Room, fitting whether you’re looking for snacks, a full meal, or you just want to dive head first into a bowl of pasta and call it a day. The menu, which draws from the entire Italian peninsula, may be ordered either “prezzo fisso” or a la carte and is punctuated with a selection of inventive desserts by Pastry Chef Thea Habjanic, ending every meal on a sweet note. There is a tranquil garden hidden beneath the street, the busy, all-day street-side Café Standard with an indoor mushroom farm, and NO BAR, a hugely inclusive new wave bar that accepts anybody and everyone. Venues The Standard, East Village is more than just a collection of restaurants and bars; it offers a diverse range of venues to fit any occasion. You can do it all under our roof, from casual gatherings to board meetings, intimate cocktails to live concerts, seasonal Garden areas to Penthouse vistas of Manhattan. The Penthouse The Penthouse, which is on the 21st story, has a panoramic view of New York City. The Penthouse, with its 1300 square feet of interior space and 1300 square feet of terrace, is ideal for special events ranging from seated dinners and cocktail receptions to corporate meetings and fashion shows. A surround sound music system, four separate bathrooms, and a flexible selection of accessible furniture options are all included in the space. The Overlook The Overlook is a multi-purpose meeting and conference venue with a furnished terrace overlooking our garden. The bright space, which is located on the second floor, can accommodate 16 guests at the boardroom table and has a 60” HDMI compatible TV & Wi-Fi. The Perch The Perch, on the second level, is accessible for private business meetings of 4-6 people. The 255 sq ft room views our private garden on East 5th Street and Bowery, with floor-to-ceiling windows set among the trees. Chairs, a sofa, a coffee table, and a desk are all included in the Perch's setup. Private Dining Room The private dining room at Narcissa may seat up to 10 people for a private lunch, dinner, or meeting. The location, which is adjacent to the restaurant's main dining room and has its own private bar, overlooks our tranquil garden. On request, a high-definition LED television screen can be used for presentations.

Amidst the cozy, intimate, moodily-lit “Tudor Hacienda” décor, Chef de Cuisine Victor Santibanez (in collaboration with Executive Chef Brad Warner) has crafted an upscale Mexican menu designed for sharing with small plates such as fresh ceviches, tacos and salads, as well as more generously proportioned dishes like Roasted Chile Rellano, Lamb Barbacoa Tacos and Carne Asade. Union Square is the location of the Manhattan Penthouse. Palladian windows, which are found throughout the loft-like space and provide panoramic views of New York City, are installed throughout the building. The venue can accommodate up to 180 guests, making it an excellent choice for corporate functions, weddings, and other social events of all kinds. When Monika Nemeth finished college in Budapest with a major in Hotel and Catering Management, she went to work for Compexpo, where she organized conventions. Her next position was at the Hungarian Pavilion at the 1992 World Exposition in Sevilla, Spain. Monika arrived in the United States in 1994 and began working as the Catering Director at The Downtown Athletic Club in New York City. Her pleasant demeanor, professionalism, and graciousness serve to reinforce the positive attributes of our company. Brian Pancir received classical training at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. He worked as an apprentice in Michelin-starred restaurants throughout Europe before becoming Sous Chef at Jean-Georges for four years in New York City. Mr. Brian has worked as a private chef for a number of celebrities, has advised Trader Joe's and Golden Corral, has served as Culinary Director of Manhattan Star Academy, and has been voted Best Chef by Dan's Paper magazine. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys traveling the world in search of fishing opportunities.

Both the brand's distinctively contemporary appearance and Chef Chow's contemporary interpretation of classic Chinese food are upheld at Philippe Downtown. Bold red accents are used around the room to denote good fortune and joy in Chinese culture. The restaurant is open and adaptable, with movable spaces perfect for private dining options for gatherings of up to 225 people. Upon entering, visitors are enticed into the main dining area by a mirrored staircase lighted by subtle gold lighting. The seating options range from free-standing tables beneath a gold-leafed ceiling to opulently upholstered banquettes. The walls are decorated with tasteful artwork that combines light and textural materials. A DJ booth is housed in the main bar, which is behind the eating area, and is encircled by a golden bamboo display case.
