With the goal of creating a place for celebrations where all of the essential elements for success – a spectacular setting, exceptional food, and attentive service – are combined to conjure an atmosphere of pure magic, Maritime Parc has set out to accomplish this goal. Restaurant-quality food is served at Maritime Parc events, and the venue's accommodating staff and waiters anticipate every need and orchestrate every detail with their invisible hand, ensuring that your event is a seamless and stress-free occasion. Visitors arrive at Maritime Parc via a stately circular driveway that winds its way around the property. An impressive three-story lobby with a majestic chandelier welcomes guests in grand style, serving as the perfect prelude to the private event spaces on the second and third floors of Maritime Parc (respectively The Sky Room and The Aviary), both of which open out to expansive terraces with views of the water. There are two spaces available, both with views of the Manhattan skyline and the Hudson River. The spaces have a combined area of 18,000 square feet of inside and outside space and can be booked individually or in a group.

White Space Chelsea is a versatile and dynamic event venue in the heart of Chelsea, New York’s premier gallery district. Spreading over a luminous surface of 4,000 sq feet, the space is located at street level, nestled between Petzel Gallery and Pace Gallery on 25th Street. The venue caters to a wide range of needs and is perfect for pop-up exhibitions, fashion events, private parties, corporate gatherings, brand launches, and more. It boasts generous street-level windows, an ample front area with a reception desk followed by a mezzanine and a brightly-sunlit skylight room. Our modern gallery venue can host up to 250 people with 13’ - 16’ high ceilings, concrete floors, glass frontage, and a variety of professional AV options. The venue also features a refrigerator and kitchenette, customizable lighting, and other state-of-the-art equipment.
