It is possible to host a large event for up to 700 guests or a small intimate gathering for 50 people in our lovely two-story facility. The rental term is twelve hours. There are a variety of private outdoor venues to select from on the 450 acres of breathtaking scenery. Beautiful picnic areas are located on professionally groomed lawns. We supply everything you need to create a great experience for any event, party, or off-site meeting, including the food and beverages. We have professionally maintained grounds with gorgeous picnic areas, whether it's for a small family BBQ or a large carnival-style event.

We provide farm to table luncheons, business picnics, banquets, and any other event that your organization would like to throw indoors or outside at our facility. The Feather Ballroom is a historic event venue in downtown Snohomish, Washington, and one of the few remaining ballrooms on the West Coast. Built in 1906 by the Fraternal Order of Eagles, the space has hosted more than a century of celebrations beneath its ornate, embossed copper ceiling. A careful restoration preserved its original character — a rare sprung "floating" dance floor, original hardwood, period chandeliers and wall sconces, intricate tile work, and a grand staircase leading up to the ballroom — while adding modern amenities. Since 2021 it has been owned by twin sisters Lyndsay Lamb and Leslie Davis of Lamb & Co. The ballroom accommodates up to 300 guests, making it well suited to weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, proms, quinceañeras, and milestone celebrations. A professional catering kitchen and full-service bar support a wide range of catering, and an in-house sound system, wireless microphones, and drop-down projection screen are ready for presentations or dancing. Rentals run a generous twelve hours and follow an open-vendor policy, with a dedicated venue assistant on hand and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.

Tucked on the Tacoma Sportsmen's Club's range and clubhouse property in Puyallup, Washington, the Chateau is the club's rental hall for weddings, parties, and special events, open to members and the public alike. The main hall seats up to 250 guests and includes hardwood floors, a stage, a sound system, a projector, free WiFi, and a commercial kitchen with a flat top, six burners, six ovens, and a dishwasher. A separate carpeted changing room with a garment rack is available for wedding preparation, and outside catering or a recommended local caterer are both welcome. Smaller gatherings can rent the Foyer, which includes a Beer Garden Patio and kitchen access, for groups of up to 50, while an outdoor picnic area accommodates up to 250 guests. The club also hosts its own annual traditions in the space, including the Crab Feed & Comedy Night and a New Year's Eve party. The property is handicap accessible, and RV and tent camping sites are available on-site for guests staying over.
