Newport Car Museum occupies an 80,000-square-foot former missile manufacturing facility on seven acres in Portsmouth, Rhode Island, where it has displayed a private collection of more than 100 automobiles since opening in 2017. The collection spans eight decades of modern industrial automotive design, from the 1950s to the present, organized into curated galleries for Ford/Shelby cars, Corvettes, World Cars, Porsches, Fin Cars, Muscle Cars, and Mopars. Mid-Century modern furniture is displayed throughout the galleries alongside the cars, extending the museum's design focus beyond the automobiles themselves. For private events, the museum's Wheel Room offers an 1,800-square-foot multipurpose space that accommodates up to 100 guests in conference or social-style configurations, equipped with audio/visual capabilities and set against the backdrop of the museum's automotive and Mid-Century furniture collections. The museum is open daily and offers free parking for more than 300 vehicles.

Potowomut Golf Club has been a fixture of Rhode Island golf since 1927, when a group of golfers built a private course on rolling terrain near Narragansett Bay, in the Potowomut section of Warwick. The 18-hole, par-71 course was designed by Walter Johnson, a disciple of architect Donald Ross, and has been carefully restored over the decades while staying true to its founding character: small, fast greens and a walking tradition that rewards strategy over length. While membership defines daily play at Potowomut, the club opens its course and clubhouse to non-members for weddings, corporate golf outings, and private celebrations. Golf outings get full course access with shotgun starts or tee times, practice facilities, and professional starter and ranger support, while receptions and dinners move into the clubhouse private dining room and patio, which overlooks the 18th green. Catering is handled in-house, with menus customized for each event and full bar service available, and every event is guided by a dedicated event coordinator from proposal through event day.

Rhodes on the Pawtuxet is a historic event venue in the Pawtuxet Village section of Cranston, Rhode Island, tracing its roots to 1872, when Thomas H. Rhodes opened a small pavilion there for clambakes and canoe rentals along the Pawtuxet. The current building, designed by architect John O'Malley in the neoclassical revival style, opened in August 1915 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978. Following a complete renovation in 2020, the venue's grand ballroom showcases more than 10,000 square feet of original hardwood floors beneath 21-foot ceilings, along with second-floor orchestra lofts and a three-tiered stage that once hosted bandleaders including Benny Goodman, Nat King Cole, Ella Fitzgerald, and Tony Bennett. In the foyer, a mural of Narragansett Bay by artist Hezekiah Dyer hangs above the main bar beneath a restored coffered ceiling, and an 1880 sculpture of Terpsichore, muse of dance, remains on display. Wedding rentals include use of the foyer and ballroom along with a renovated bridal suite, groom's room, and the Canoe Lounge, a VIP space that nods to the property's early canoe-rental days. Rhodes on the Pawtuxet works exclusively with Ralph's Catering and offers 540 complimentary off-street parking spaces, hosting weddings, galas, fundraisers, and public events of up to 2,000 guests.

Blu On The Water sits on Rhode Island's largest waterfront deck at 20 Water Street in East Greenwich, overlooking the boats and moorings of Greenwich Bay. The restaurant is built around a full raw bar and hand-crafted cocktails, with a menu that spans local seafood alongside non-seafood, vegan, and gluten-friendly options. Outdoors, the venue offers three separate outdoor bars along with glass fire pits and tornado torches for evening gatherings, plus a mix of indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the water. Squantum Association is a private dining club and public event space set on ten acres of historic grounds along Narragansett Bay in Riverside, Rhode Island. Chartered in 1872, the club has hosted presidents and dignitaries over the decades and was featured on the BBC Network's Great American Railroad Journeys. The property's two signature buildings anchor its event spaces. The Clubhouse, built in 1899 and 1900, sits high on the rocks of Squantum Point with the feel of a Newport-style mansion; it houses the Culture Room bar, a working fireplace, a glass-enclosed sunroom, and a second-floor deck overlooking the bay. The Bakehouse, established in 1889, is the association's main event space, accommodating up to 150 guests for a seated dinner and up to 225 for a cocktail reception, with WiFi, surround sound, and a projector and screen built in. Squantum hosts weddings, corporate gatherings, and social events, along with traditional New England clambakes steamed over hot coals and seaweed. Wedding couples book only one event per day and receive complimentary use of The Cottage and the second-floor wedding suite as part of an all-inclusive package.

Built in 1905 for wealthy businessman Samuel Priest, Edgewood Manor Inn is an 18-room Greek Revival mansion in Providence, Rhode Island, acquired in 1994 and restored to its original grandeur. Five ornate fireplaces and leaded, stained-glass windows remain throughout the property, and guestrooms and suites are decorated in Victorian and Empire style, several with gas or wood-burning fireplaces and jacuzzi tubs. The mansion serves as a backdrop for Rhode Island weddings and receptions, as well as anniversary parties, engagement parties, baby showers, and christenings. Couples can reserve the entire first floor for the ceremony, reception, or bridal party preparations, with capacity for up to 75 guests in winter and 150 in summer across the mansion's indoor rooms and outdoor grounds. Two dining rooms and a patio provide additional space for dining, and wedding parties receive a complimentary basket of cheese and crackers with an ice bucket and glasses. Edgewood Manor sits 2.5 miles from downtown Providence and 3.5 miles from T.F. Green State Airport, making it a convenient home base for out-of-town guests attending an event there.
