Built in the 1800s to serve the Smith Cotton Plantation, the building eventually served as Roswell’s Library. The new owners renovated the building in 2011 exposing brick walls and beams, adding a higher ceiling, a polished concrete rustic floor and a spacious loft overlooking the elegant room. The space consists of a large bar, lounge area, and three golf simulator suites. We can flex the space to groups as small as 6 or as big as 75. We have semi-private and full-private options. For groups that love golf (or at least love being around golf!) we are perfect for corporate outings, birthday parties, happy hours, holiday parties, you name it. Golf on our Trackman golf simulators is included with all rentals.
