The Motoring Club also serves as a secure storage for members vehicles while the other half of the clubhouse is an event space. The Motoring Club started in a 11,000 square foot warehouse in Marina Del Rey and in 2022 it moved to a 20,000+ square foot warehouse.

Milo + Olive is a neighborhood bakery and pizzeria, offering a variety of morning breads and pastries, wood-fired pizzas, handmade pastas and an ever-evolving Italian menu of small plates and seasonally-inspired dishes. The food represents the Rustic Canyon Family restaurant group’s continued commitment to truly seasonal, market-driven cuisine—a reflection of the best ingredients available from local farmers and vendors with sustainable practices. Executive Chef Connor Underwood turns out an array of wood-fired pizzas and vegetables, handmade pastas and small plates for sharing over lunch and dinner. The breakfast menu features a range of options, including egg dishes, alongside the bakery team's handcrafted breads, rustic pastries, and morning desserts. The tented back patio is strung with twinkle lights and features a blue “love” mural by a local artist with potted plants and trees scattered throughout. The Victorian is a truly one of a kind space, located in the always beautiful Santa Monica. It is one of the few full-service event venues on the West Side for weddings, banquets, conferences, company picnics, bar/bat mitzvahs, and special celebrations. Heritage Square is a prime pocket of nostalgic architecture, with the California Heritage Museum and its sprawling lawn on one side and The Victorian on the other. Completely renovated, The Victorian has had its main rooms enlarged and added an exclusive speakeasy for a total of 15,000 square feet of event space including the landscaped grounds.
