La Sierra Community Center is a 36-acre event complex managed by the Carmichael Recreation and Park District, situated at 5325 Engle Road in Carmichael, California. The facility occupies the grounds of the former La Sierra High School and serves as a hub for community gatherings, celebrations, and private events. The centerpiece of the rental program is the John Smith Community Hall, a 6,435-square-foot space that accommodates up to 385 guests for wedding receptions, fundraisers, crab feeds, class reunions, and large community events. Additional rental spaces include the Cypress Room with Kitchen, which seats up to 115 guests in 1,814 square feet, and Room 800, a flexible meeting room for groups of up to 50. The Johnson and Villareal Gymnasiums are available on a limited basis for sports events and team practices. Rental packages include white folding chairs, round and rectangular tables, and access to a full commercial kitchen equipped with dual ovens, stovetops, refrigerator, freezer, and an ice machine. Optional add-ons such as an audio system, stage, podium, and warming equipment are available for additional fees.

Chico Event Center occupies the top floor of a renovated historic brick building one block from Downtown Chico, California. The space is outfitted with crisp white columns, polished hardwood floors, detailed ceiling soffits, and a sky roof that fills the room with natural light — all framing views of the Downtown tree line. The venue's single event space accommodates up to 200 guests for seated dinners, 150 seated alongside a raised dance floor, or up to 399 guests for standing receptions. A fully-stocked bar, on-site catering, and an in-house event coordinator are included, with the coordinator available to assist with floor plans, vendor recommendations, and detailed event itineraries. Chico Event Center has hosted weddings, corporate seminars, birthday celebrations, holiday parties, and more since opening in 2006.

Temescal Beach House is a historic lakeside event venue in Oakland's Temescal Regional Recreation Area, situated along the shores of Lake Temescal near the intersection of Highway 13 and Highway 24. The structure was built by the Works Progress Administration and opened to the public in 1940, originally serving as changing facilities for park visitors and the original headquarters of the East Bay Regional Park District. Today the venue is managed by the East Bay Regional Park District and welcomes weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, fundraisers, and private celebrations. The Beach House offers two connected indoor rooms and a large outdoor flagstone patio. The Fireside Room seats up to 56 guests around a gas fireplace, while the adjoining Lakeview Meeting Room seats 24 and features large windows framing views of the calm lake. Together the rooms accommodate up to 80 guests seated or 130 standing. The wraparound flagstone patio — bordered by a vertical garden with panoramic lake views — serves as a popular ceremony and reception extension. Included amenities span a prep kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, and microwave; heating and air conditioning; Wi-Fi; a 65-inch television with soundbar; a dressing room; tables and 90 white resin chairs; and a dedicated 15-space parking lot. Events with hired catering must use the District's approved caterer list; a bring-your-own food option is available for gatherings ending by 7 p.m.

St. Monica Catholic Community is a Catholic parish located at 725 California Avenue in Santa Monica, California, conveniently situated off the 10 freeway in the heart of the city. The campus offers a range of event spaces that can accommodate gatherings from intimate meetings of 10 to large celebrations of 450 or more guests. The campus includes multiple distinct venues — among them the Grand Pavilion with its adjoining Grand Patio, a full Auditorium, the Learning Commons, the St. Andre Bessette Chapel, and several meeting and community rooms. Spaces are equipped with audiovisual systems, kitchen facilities, and optional add-ons including dance floors, staging, LED lighting, patio heaters, linens, and dinnerware. St. Monica Catholic Community welcomes a wide variety of events including weddings, wedding receptions, quinceañeras, birthday parties, anniversaries, and workshops. All facilities are non-smoking, and the community does not host rentals during Holy Week, Easter, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day.
