Our goal is to demystify Chinese ingredients and cuisine while also educating guests about the country's rich history and cultural heritage. China Live can accommodate small gatherings of 10 individuals to large reception-style events with up to 825 people and many sensory experiences. MARKET RESTAURANT: Our first-floor restaurant offers a seasonal menu that changes daily and is prepared at eight specialized stations that combine traditional Chinese and Western culinary technology. A major dining space serves as the focal point, with handcrafted seats and tables made from reclaimed Chinese elm in China. These exhibition kitchens, which have plenty of bar seating, allow you to get a closer look at the skilled chefs at work. The wok station combines European and Chinese flair, with a state-of-the-art Hestan range on one side and an extensive custom-designed wok line by Joe Yick, a third-generation family business in San Francisco, on the other. The charcuterie station features a deep wood-fired oven, similar to a pizza oven in concept, but serving classic roast duck and chicken instead. DESIGN: A Chinese clay oven, similar to an Indian tandoor, is a three-foot tall receptacle resembling an enormous vase that sustains low heat over charcoal fire for an extended period of time, suitable for low and slow roasting pork. Dumplings, in particular, scream Chinese cuisine. This station, which serves as the restaurant's focal point, is equipped with enormous cast iron pans for cooking pot stickers and a variety of steamed and pan-fried dumplings. Castlewood Country Club

- 1 Country Club
Our History The Club at Castlewood traces its origins to the famous Hacienda del Pozo de Verona estate, which was built by George and Phoebe Hearst, the parents of publishing mogul William Randolph Hearst. From 1891 to 1919, Phoebe Hearst's Hacienda, created by Julia Morgan, served as her house and sanctuary. At "the house of hospitality." hosting parties and gatherings for up to 300 people was normal. In the 53 room mansion, the Hearst's reputation for throwing a grand party was certainly upheld. Local businessmen bought the land in 1924, and the mansion served as the clubhouse for the original Castlewood Country Club. The name was chosen because it matched Phoebe's home's wooded hills and castle like aspect. Private Events at The Club at Castlewood: There is no such thing as a huge plan or a little gathering. Castlewood offers the space and staff to accommodate any occasion. These hills have a magical quality to them. Weddings: A Real-Life Dream Location Your tale is one of a kind and personal, and we are here to assist you in realizing your dreams. Special days here become festivals of love, with magnificent settings and charming scenery across our hacienda-style estate. While we take care of your every need, exchange vows under a lovely canopy of oaks and vibrant Spanish tiles. D'Argenzio Winery & Tasting Room
1204 W Burbank Blvd, Burbank, CA 91506, USANestled in the world-class wine region of Sonoma County, D’Argenzio Winery is a boutique winery unlike any other. What began humbly, as a hobby for two identical twin brothers, is now a full production winery looking to continue the tradition of the family’s artisan heritage. Owned and operated by three generations of Italian Americans working together to showcase the finest artisan wines, Santa Rosa’s urban boutique winery specializes in offering a selection of wines from Sonoma County’s most prestigious appellations as well as a unique collection of Italian Varietals. Each wine produced is a small lot, with less than 300 cases of each produced. While we take advantage of some modern technologies available to today’s winemakers, we do so cautiously. We much prefer the Old World methods, such as gently pressing our grapes, aging our wine an average of 22 months, and using only the finest French, American, and Italian oak barrels. There is no compromising our cherished ideals of color, aroma, flavor and quality. Winemaker Ray D’Argenzio is regarded highly in the community for his grape selection and collection of varietals. Host your next gathering at D’Argenzio Winery located in “The Urban Winery Village of Santa Rosa,” located just outside of downtown Santa Rosa in Santa Rosa Vintners Square. Whether you wish to host a wedding, rehearsal dinner, corporate dinner, an intimate gathering among friends, or any other private event, D’Argenzio Winery aims to provide our guests with a memorable experience within our event venue in Santa Rosa.

We are a meeting and event space located in the historic uptown district of Whittier, California, where country comfort meets industrial chic. Four Bricks will assist you in creating memories that will last a lifetime. Because of its location at the intersection of Greenleaf Avenue and Hadley Street, which served as the site of the original Whittier Town Center, it was referred to as the "Four Bricks" by residents of the community. We hope that, in the same way that Whittier's Four Bricks became the heart of the community, the Four Bricks will serve as a second home for the community that Whittier has grown to be in the same manner. In recognition of our commitment to preserving and celebrating the history and heritage of Whittier, we chose this name for our organization. We are overjoyed at the prospect of being able to provide a gathering place for our community to come together and celebrate any occasion.
