Founded by Italian immigrant Ben Gianinetti in 1927, the ranch has remained under family stewardship for nearly a century, guided by a deep commitment to land, community, and authentic hospitality. The ranch hosts weddings, reunions, corporate retreats, fundraisers, and celebrations of life, offering exclusive use of the entire property for each event. Its two primary event spaces — the 5,000-square-foot Event Barn and the adjacent Creekside Pavilion — are designed to work together, with the barn's cathedral ceilings, iron-forged chandeliers, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening onto the pavilion and its creekside setting.
